“Can you repeat what you said to me in the car earlier today?” murmured Jackson.

She was stunned. After pondering for a while, she said, “I missed you, Jackson. You said that if I didn’t love you, then I shouldn’t touch you. So now, I’m touching you because I am in love with you. Was that what you wanted to hear?”
