Chapter 1

Shanra Pov

At the high gate of the Acebedo mansion, I quickly ascended to the top of the gate effortlessly. I look like a ninja, wearing black overall clothes and with a black bonnet covering my whole face. I quickly scan my eyes around the whole area as if my eyes were a moving CCTV camera. And when I make sure that no one saw and notices me, I jumped like a cat into the yard.

The night is very quiet but no noise could be heard from the footsteps of my feet. The lightness of my body seems like my feet didn't step on the ground. I am trained for this kind of work so making light steps is easy for me. I am not scared that I might get caught by the bodyguards who are switching to check every corner of this big house because I could fight them. But to avoid hassle and I could carry out my mission without a problem so I need to be very careful so the guards will not be alerted.

The house which I secretly sneaked in has many guards because the owner of this house is not an ordinary person. He is a very rich and powerful person but also a thorn and a pain in the neck to the people.

I carefully walked over to the CCTV cameras and covered the screens with masking tape so that nothing can be recorded on them but darkness. The CCTV camera is located in a not-so-high place that's why I can easily reach them with my hands and tampered with the screen. I smirked silently. Why did they put the CCTV camera in a lower place? They are very careless to do this. They didn't think that the camera could easily be reached by anyone just like me.

I walked closer to the guard who didn't notice my presence. I looked around as I slowly approached him while sitting and seemed to be sound asleep. I shook my head as I stared at him. For sure, he will be fired tomorrow because he didn’t do his job properly. He didn't keep an eye around him that's why I easily sneak into the house of his boss without him knowing. And to make sure that he would not wake up immediately, I squeezed the sleeping nerve of his nape. The guard slowly bent his head and is unconscious. And then I carefully arranged the way he sat. I leaned him against the wall to looks like he was just fallen asleep. Then carefully and without haste I approached the door into the mansion and effortlessly opened the locked door. I can easily open any kind of lock because I was trained by an expert locksmith. Part of my hard training is to be an expert to unlock even the hardest locked in the world.

"Who are you? How did you get in here?"

I thwarted to open the door when I heard a man's voice behind me. I feel careless that I didn't notice his presence near me. He might hinder my mission so I must silence him immediately.

Before the guard could call his comrade, I quickly approached him and tightly covered his mouth with my palm while pricking the needle to his neck. In just a second, the guard fell in my arms unconsciously.

I dragged the unconscious body of the guard and hid behind the plants. The man is heavy and my body is thin so I had difficulty dragging his body so I could hide him from the eyes of the other guards.

I was about to come out behind the plants when suddenly another guard comes out from inside the house. He looked around as if he is looking for someone.

"Sanchez? Why did you leave the door unlocked? We will get fired because of you," he annoyingly called to his companion. When no one answered him he started walking towards the unconscious guard who was sitting and leaning against the wall.

"Damn! Once he gets close to his fellow guard he will find out that the guard was not asleep but was unconscious," I muttered weakly. I need to do something or the guards will be alerted that someone sneaked into the house.

I carefully approached the guard who didn't notice my presence and still walking toward his unconscious companion. But even before he could get close to his companion, I quickly pushed him and leaned against the concrete pole, and pierced his neck with a needle. The guard couldn't mutter a single word due to panic and an unexpected attack. Like his two colleagues, he also becomes unconscious after he got pricked by a needle that contains a drug.

I quickly pulled the man's body and laid it on the body of his companion that I had hidden behind the plants. Then I proceeded to sneak into the house of Danding Acebedo, a businessman who does evil deeds so I am not reluctant to kill him.

Danding Acebedo's house is large and has many luxurious furnishings that could be seen inside his house. I feel angry just by seeing those things. I know where Acebedo got his money to buy those expensive things. He got it from his dirty business.

I wasted no time and immediately went upstairs to find the room of my target. Luckily, the first room I entered is the room of the Acebedo couple. The door of the couple’s room was not locked so I found my target easily. Maybe they are confident that no one else would dare to sneak in because many guards are guarding their house or maybe they just forget to lock the door. But that was their big mistake. Because it only helps me to easily find the person that I was aiming for. I could accomplish my mission easily.

I immediately approached the couple that sleep comfortably on their bed without knowing that danger is coming. Perhaps, Danding sensed that someone else was inside their room so he suddenly opened his eyes. But that was all he could do. He could not even speak a single letter because I quickly pierced his chest with my deadly needle that has a strange and deadly poison. The man immediately closed his eyes again to go back to sleep and never woke up again.

After I made sure that my target is no longer breathing I quickly left the room and effortlessly got out of the big house without being noticed. I climbed the high gate again to get out of the Acebedo's yard. And when I finally got out of the gate I quickly ran towards the dark side of the road until I completely disappeared into the darkness of the night. My mission to kill Danding Acebedo is accomplished!
