Rosalie’s pupils quivered, and her voice sounded nervous. “When did you buy it?”

They were together the whole time in the mall just now. Rosalie did not see Byron buying any gifts.

Byron’s brows furrowed, and he said helplessly, “I bought it when I went to put the stuff in the car. Unexpectedly, you lost your way when I was only a few minutes late.”

Thinking of the woman’s rare carelessness, Byron smirked teasingly.

Rosalie blushed slightly when Byron mentioned what had happened just now. Subconsciously, she lowered her head to avoid his gaze and saw the box on her seat.

Byron coaxed her, “Get into the car. It’s getting late. It’ll be dark when we arrive home if we don’t leave now.”
