Xavier Point of view
It's been a week since Ryder died and every single day I watched Samantha hurt herself. It's painful to see my sister in pain. It was like our parent's death all over again. The only difference was Ryder wasn't here to help anymore. I let out a loud sigh and rubbed my tired face. I went back upstairs to check up on her again to see her on her bed sleeping. I walked further inside to see that she had been crying a lot. I see her eyes puffing out and her hand clutching on Ryder's shirt that he left behind.
I walked towards her table and opened her drawer and pulled out anything that could harm Sam. Every single day we kept anything that can kill herself but she always finds a way to get it back. I walked out of the room and into the kitchen. I place down the sharp object I found in Sam's drawer on t
Samantha Point of view "Sam... How are you?" I sighed. The question finally came up. We just finished walking around the mall and buying some snacks. We talked like we used to and we avoided talking about it until now. We were out of the mall and in the woods for privacy. Linda looks at me with a worried look, "I mean with everything." Linda asked. I couldn't help thinking about my mate. Now he's gone and it hurts a lot. My eyes started to get watery. "Painful. It hurts." my voice croaked. I covered my eyes to stop myself from crying again. "I don't want to talk about it." "Sam, you have to talk to someone about it." She said but I said no. I pulled my knees together and hid my face. I shake my head. "But I don't
Linda Point of view I know I shouldn’t worry and give her space but the longer I sit around and wait my anxieties will eat me up. “Sam!” I call out her name as I push around some bushes and branches. I should give her space but I just can’t do that. “Sam!” What if she fell, hit her head, or hurt herself intentionally again. The third one is most likely to happen and I’m the idiot who thought it was fine to give her some space. A branch I pushed back flung back to hit me in the head. I held my head and groaned. It wasn’t hard but I was starting to get frustrated with myself. It has been 30 minutes since she left and I’ve called several times but she never answers. I could not even find her. She said she wouldn’t be far. I am the worst best friend ever. "Where are you, Sam?" I look up. It’s going to be dark soon. Her brother
Samantha Point of view He opened the door then threw me in. I hit the dusty cemented ground. I coughed out the dust near my face. I place my hand on the ground. I tried to get up but they drugged me. I feel weak and dizzy. I just can't think straight. I heard the door shut leaving me in the dark cell. I tried to shift but I was too weak to even move off the ground. "Looks like they drugged you too." I turned my head to see a girl my age with torn dirty jeans and an oversize black shirt. With little light in our cell, I could still see how pale her skin was. I look warily at her. She sat on the ground with her side leaning on the wall. Her wrist was cuffed and chained to the wall. “I’m a vampire,” she says. She raises her chained cuffs, “Even though they feed me one small cup each year, they still think I have some strength
Samantha Point of view Screams. That’s all I hear. They just came suddenly in while we were sleeping and took Lily. She resisted but they overpowered her completely. Lily seems to have seen it coming. I wonder if this usually happens. My voice was too weak and dry to be even heard behind the door. They haven’t given us water at all. She screams again. I hear her begging this time to stop. It's been an hour and I have been banging on the door ever since they took her but I was too weak to bang louder than her screams. I tried to scream for them to let her go. Then when she started screaming, I tried to scream for them to let her go. It was pointless. I dropped my hands. They got tired of carrying the chains around my wrist. Unlike Lily’s which was tied to the wall, mine w
Samantha Point of view There was nothing at first. Feels like I was floating in a dark void. Then I feel like falling and falling until I hit the hard ground. I woke up suddenly panting and my heart was beating fast. Like I just came from a nightmare but I couldn’t remember anything. "Sam, I'm so glad you're awake!” Arms flung around me and I stiffened. I look to see a brunette girl hugging me. After a few seconds, she notices I was frozen and pulls away with a concerned look. “What's wrong?" She asked me. I looked at her, unfamiliarly. I couldn’t remember anything. "Who are you?" Ryder Point of view It's been four weeks but it felt like a century w
Samantha Point of view My mate wanted to bring me back to our home. At first, I was hesitant. It's crazy, I know. Why would you not trust your mate? I don’t just give my trust away just by claiming that they are someone I know. But I guess it's the only way to move forward and to get my memories back. I agreed to come back with him but only if I could bring Lily and her brothers with me. Ryder agreed and we all traveled back to where my “home” was. We arrived at a big house that was called “the packhouse.” Ryder explained that it was a place where werewolves meet and live when they needed somewhere to sleep. When we got out, I was immediately hugged by an older couple. Again I stiffened. I am not comfortable with the idea of people hugging me without an introduction first. They quickly brought me into the house and sat me
Samantha Point of ViewLevi took me to the pack hospital. When we arrived, I noticed that there were both humans and werewolves inside. Levi explained that this hospital was actually built for werewolves to heal and for humans when they get involved in any werewolf business.Levi was just about to explain more until an ambulance came and paged Levi to come help. “It’s okay. Go. I can find his room myself.” I gave her a reassuring smile. She nodded and gave me his room number and ran off to help the patient wheeled in on a gurney.I stood there for a second, trying to figure out which direction to go. I decided to go straight down the hallway until I either see someone at a nurse station or see a nurse I can ask. I walked for a while until I found a girl my age, blonde hair, in front of a soda machine banging
Samantha Point of view I laughed at the story my twin told me. All the fun times we had as kids. He also told me stories of my parents. I couldn't stop smiling as he talked. It was knowing my parents through his stories. Made me tear up that I could not remember them. When the others arrived, they took turns in telling their stories. I smiled and laughed the whole time. So far, it was just me, my brother, Christina, Linda and her mate who by the way is also nice. Everyone was so nice and told me what I needed to know. "If Ryder was here, he would have a hell lot more stories about you," Xavier said. We all stopped laughing. "He just blames himself for everything that happened.” "Ryder was blaming himself for what?" I asked. From what I remembered from what Lily said, I was the one who tra
Third point of view"What do you need?" Sarah goes through her cabinets of witchcrafts and herbs she collected over the years. Valerie admired the place and honestly her. She barely has anything witch related at her house and was taught basic spells. Even if Sarah was not a witch, she has everything Valerie wanted. More knowledge about her anscestors and old relics."Just three candles," Tera replies. She went over to valerie to explain the spell to her since she didn't want to exert too much magic thorugh Anna's little body. She also explained to everyone else that silence should be observed and no one should come close until the spell is over. Tera made sure she was absolutely clear while explaining what would happen and notices Snow holding back. She directly asks Snow, "Is there something you need to ask?"Snow flinches as she was caught. She thought of not asking but curiousity got to her. "Why did you agree to do the spell?"
Third point of view"Since Marcus has been using your blood in all his experiments, I can cast a binding spell with your blood." Confusion circled around the room but Sarah understood what she meant."She sayings she can control whoever has the blood of the owner." Sarah explains for the others. "So if she want to turn the owner's blood into acid then others who has the blood in their system will have their blood turned into acid.""So basically if you want to slow them down or hurt them you have to hurt Lily," Liam says."Yes," Tera answers. To which Liam and Leo immediately shut the idea down with two words. "Absolutely not.""What?" Tera says in disbelieve but Tera does have a history of not caring about anyone else in the room."You really think we would let you hurt our sister any longer?""I'll be able to detect when they are close and slow them down," Tera tries to convince.
Third point of view "You do realize your stories get crazier each time you tell it right?" Riley comments after hearing about the deal Samantha made with the Demon. Sam wanted to make sure everyone knew about the Demon inside her in case it ever comes out. She was technically not breaking the deal she made with it since Tera was not in the room with them. "Demons," Xavier exhaled then he flung his arms to his side. "Of course demons are involved in this." He scratches his head with his hand like he was still trying to wrap his head around the idea that basically anything is possible. "Is there anything else we should know about? Genies? Unicorns?" Christina cuts off her mate before he can say anything else with a question, "So she is just sitting there waiting?" "Waiting for w
Third Point of view"You know about the necklace," Sam takes a shaky breath after Tera reveals how much she remembers. "What else do you remember.""Not much," Tera says. She squints her eyes as if she wanted to see if she could remember but she shakes her head. "Something in me just clicked when I saw that necklace. I suddenly remember that damn spell and then nothing. Everything was blank after we did that spell."Sam nodded slowly. "You probably didn't exist when the world was reset just like-," Sam pauses before she could say Linda. She forces herself not to look but she felt like they all needed to know. "Just like Linda.""What?" Linda came into her view. Sam looked up but felt a pang of regret in her chest. Memories and emotions flooded in that moment and her chest ached. The pain she felt, she just wanted to rip it out of her chest and toss it away. She was tired of feeling this pain of losing someone she loves.
Third Person Point of View The group at the shop were waiting patiently for the rest of the group to arrive. As for Snow, she continued to pace around the room. She had her arms crossed infront of her. She brough up her nails to her lips and began to bit them again. "Don't worry," Christina says to her. Snow doesn't look at her but at the door where they should be coming though moments ago. "They should have been here minutes ago," Snow says worriedly. She looks down at her nails and noticed she was bitting her nails again. She immediately dropped her hands and covered her face. She let out a deep sigh then the door swung open. The first one who came through the door was her mate, Blake. He wasted no time and picked up his worried mate in his arms. Snow shrieked in suprise. When she noticed it was Blake, she hugged him back and burried her face in his neck. "Blake, Thank God!" Everyone's attentioned turned to the door to see i
Third Point of ViewAs everyone breathed out in relief for a second, Ryder couldn't help but sense there was going to be something wrong. Judging by Rufus smile that he hasn't wiped off his stupid face, Rai asked, "Why are you smiling at""It is indeed wonderful that nature created supernatural hunters. Strength, speed, and skill are off the mark," Rufus says as his head was still turned to the side. Rai follows where Rufus was looking at. "But there is always a limit to how good you can be."Ryder finally sees what he meant by that."No! Zack!" Sarah cries. Everyone looks over and sees Zack passed out. Sarah reaches his sides and shows everybody blood on his shirt. "The poison!" She laid him down on the ground. Everyone's attention was back on the hunter as they began to mo
Third Point of view "What do you want?" Sam asks again. Lily leaned towards them but Leo blocked her with his arm. Leo's eyes never left the blade that was right on top of his brother's flesh. One cut and his twin dies. Lily grips Leo's arm in fear for Liam. Liam on the other hand does not feel fear. Only sadness and anger every time he looks at his father's face. "An explanation really. I hate being the pawn that knows nothing." Rufus was smart. Ryder knew that. He wasn't the type to believe what people say too easily. Even if it's from his own father. "An explanation of what?" Zack questions. Rufus does not look away from Samantha. "How are you the reason why the world was reset." Rufus played with his swo
Everyone was frozen in shock except for Zack, Ryder, and Samira. Rufus looks amused with their expressions. He always loved the emotion he could force out of people. His psychotic ego being boosted with every second.Sam knew that Lily's parents died, so she can almost feel how startled she was to be seeing her dad. Not only alive and healthy but on the side of Rufus and is currently trying to kill us. The man did not move. Just as he was ordered to.Lily's dad showed no familiarity with his own children. Not even for Bruce who was staring in fear and pained expression. No one Sam and Ryder don't know how Bruce could know the man but Zack may have an idea of who he is.Liam and Leo couldn't believe it. They both knew that their father died. They saw it. They even buri
Third Point of viewSam never told Rufus how she died. She didn't plan on telling anyone yet. Everyone was still confused about how her death was important but let it slide for now because their focus was to get Marcus. Kill Marcus and hopefully they won't have anybody else killing them this month.Rufus was moved to the pole nearest to the pole minutes ago because Rufus was getting into everyone's skins. "If you never plan to tell how you died then please kill me," he yells loud enough for us to hear him across the room. "You are wasting valuable time.""You know we can't kill you yet," Zack yells back."At this rate of boredom, you just might," Rufus grunts as he began kicking the wall.
