Chapter 9: You Happened

Andrella's POV

'Damn it, I could have got caught because of my anger.' I thought and recalled what dada had told me once.

'Princess, always remembers that though your powers are sealed but whenever you will be overwhelmed with emotions like anger, jealousy and hatred then the color of your eyes will start changing to your real color, i.e. RED.'

'Red color? Wow, that will be so cool., I said cheerily and immediately stopped smiling when one question popped out in my mind. 'Dada, how will I look in my real form? Will I look like wolves like others do?'

'No, Princess. You will look like this.', He said and a mirror appeared in front of me where I could see my true self. I gasped and hid my face in my father's legs. 'What happened, Princess?'

'The girl in the mirror looks hideous, dada.'

'You look so cute and beautiful even in this form as well.'

.

'Nooooo. I don't look beautiful at all. No one will want me to mate with this face of mine.', I sobbed.

.

Dada wiped my eyes and kissed my cheeks. 'Yes, you are, my little devil princess, and one day a Prince will come for my princess who will treat my princess like his queen. Just in the way, I treat your mom.', Saying this he made me look toward the mirror. 'You are beautiful, always remember that.',

"So beautiful", I heard Cade's voice which brought me back to reality. I blinked my eyes and looked toward him who was staring at me. I was not sure he said those words to the beautiful scenery around him or me?

I had brought him to the cliff from where he could see the beautiful and dangerous scene of the forests but I was standing a little far from the edge because I was afraid of the height.

"Yes, it is beautiful."

"Hmm...Why are you standing there? Are you afraid of heights?", He asked. I wanted to act strong and lie in front of him but then I went against that idea. I looked around and gulped before nodding slowly.

"I always get afraid with the thought of falling from the cliff.", I muttered slowly. He forwarded his hand toward me and signaled me to hold it. I took small steps and held his hand. Then he directed me to start walking with him before we both stood on the cliff with his arms around my waist.

"Are you still feeling afraid?", He asked, to which I nodded my head, too nervous to answer him from the fear and also from how his hands were around my waist. "Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to you. I promise.", He spoke so calmly and kept his chin on my head like we were couples. Well, it was not like I was complaining.

.

Moon Goddess! I couldn't describe how I feel right now.

Everything seemed so perfect.

I had never felt like this before like butterflies in my stomach.

I could die in happiness now.

I couldn't express how fast my heart was beating.

.

I released a deep breath which I didn't know that I was holding until then. Then I felt him tilt his head a little before I heard his voice. "What happened, now?"

I wish I could tell him that 'You Happened.'

.

"Nothing.", I said and pointed my fingers toward the waterfall. "Do you want to go there? The site from there is also so breath-taking that you couldn't help from staring at that beauty."

.

"Hmm...I am really having a hard time taking my eyes off from the most beautiful piece of the world.", He whispered softly in my ears, confusing me again. I didn't know whether it was for me or nature.

Why couldn't he say the things clearly?
