DNA Result

"W-WHAT did you say?" I was confused while I stared at him.

“She is our daughter. Macey is ours. I planned earlier to tell you about it,” he covered my face with both his hands. "She's our daughter, Tamara." he wiped my tears.

I removed his hand from my face. “That’s not a good joke. Stop it!” I turned my back on him.

I angrily turned to Magnus. I looked at the cell phone he handed me.

“Take a look at this DNA result. It’s yours and Macey’s hair sample.”

I stared intently at Magnus's cell phone. I was swallowed. I don’t want to follow him but my heart pushed me to reach for it with my trembling hands. I sighed hard and breathed before starting to read the email from a well-known hospital.

I gradually became depressed, confused, amazed, and hurt by the result I have read.
