I will not say I was comfortable with Sheila going back home to seek help from our father. Even now that I knew that he wasn’t exactly the reason for our sister’s death, I still hated the man.

Blake had made my life a living hell growing up, and there was just no getting past that, but I had to let go of my reservations right now. This was our chance to be one step ahead of George and Edgar and I couldn’t afford to mess that up, even if it meant working with Blake again.

Heaving a deep sigh, I shifted my gaze towards Luke, who was still lying unconscious on the hospital bed.

I had to break him out of the hospital without notice, which seemed a lot more difficult at the moment than any stealth mission I’d been on.
