The fact that Lexi remembered the moment we had in high school made me feel a swirl of happiness within me and in that instant I knew that she hadn’t forgotten all about me.

She only forgot my name and the way I looked without those geeky glasses but just as I’d planned to ask her to be my girlfriend at prom night, she also wished she had kissed me or had a chance to be my girlfriend.
