Camille:

“I’m going to see my parents,” I told Lucia this evening when she came to check up on me.

Her eyes widened. “In the middle of the school year? But they’re all the way in Utah. Is this really the best time for you to make that kind of trip?”

She had a point, but these were my parents.

“I haven’t seen them in almost two years, Lucia. And I haven’t spoken to them in a while either. My mom wants me to come over. I can’t say no.”

“But it’ll take like a whole week out of school.”

“It doesn’t have to be a week. I could spend just a day or two there, starting from next weekend.”

She wasn’t convinced.

“But you’d have to fly. And it’s so expensive.”

“You know my parents will pay for everything.”

She gave me a look, and I knew what it meant immediately.

I had an intense, almost ridiculous fear of flying. The reason I hadn’t traveled back to Utah in years was because I didn’t want to be airborne again, and traveling by bus was an even worse option. My first

I’m also disappointed Daniel didn’t check in on Cam but I think Daniel is stepping back and letting Cam kind of take lead. I think he needs more reassurance and signalsfrom her when it comes to them. I’m also wondering where he is going to go but I love these two are talking and need to keep talking

Camille: “This…is your house?” I asked Daniel, clearly not believing what I was seeing. “As in, this is where you live.” He nodded, dismissing my surprise. He’d offhandedly told me he lived in this mansion and while I expressed my expected surprise, he seemed more bothered by whatever it was on his laptop. “Take her bags inside, and get her something to eat as well,” he ordered the uniformed maid who’d warmly welcomed me. “John,” he called the next man who was dressed in something that I could only assume was a kind of uniform as well. “Sir,” he answered dutifully. “Get the car set up. We’re going to see my parents in a few hours.” “Which one sir?” Daniel finally looked up from the stack of papers he’d been cross checking with his laptop and appeared to think for a moment. “The Bentley,” he said, as if he’d just told someone what he had for breakfast that morning. I cleared my throat and made sure my mouth was shut after gaping at him for several seconds. I

Camille: We were in the airport a few hours later and thankfully (albeit regrettably for Daniel), the entire first class cabin was fully booked so we had to fly business class and for some reason, there was minuscule difference between business class and economy here. I was surprised at first, but then it made sense that most people who could afford to go there on vacation had to be able to afford it. As we walked down the terminal toward the queue, I made a mental note of all the attractive women who were gawking at him. He didn’t seem to notice them though. His entire attention was on me as he told me a funny story of how he’d missed his first flight. His left hand was holding my carryon luggage while his other hand was draped around my waist as he spoke, so it was impossible for anyone staring at him to not see me. I looked at each one with a smug look, telling them what they needed to know with my eyes. ‘That’s right. You can look all you want but he’s mine.’ I was

Camille: I almost cried while we made love, as our bodies and souls merged together. As I grabbed onto him, hearing his soft groans that showed me he missed me more than I missed him, maybe even more, I smiled and wished this would never end. “I love you,” he whispered, before his whole body shook and he collapsed on top of me. “I love you too.” My orgasm came soon after, splitting me in half. My eyes rolled deep into the back of my head as I arched, almost threatening to make me go blind. It took us almost three whole minutes to be able to speak again. When he looked up at me, I started to chuckle and so did he until we were both laughing uncontrollably. “I can’t believe we just f*cked on a plane,” I gasped. “What if the other passengers heard? Is that even legal?” I cringed at the thought of people hearing me moan just a couple minutes before. Sure the air craft was big but could it possibly be THAT big that no one at all had heard? Even the pilots or the air

Camille: My heart beat faster, but this time, for a different reason. How??? “What are you…how on earth did you…?” I stammered, touching his skin as if to convince myself he was real and not some hallucination I was having after passing out. I wouldn’t be surprised if I woke up in a hospital bed and be told none of it had happened. “Did you really think I was going to let you go through this alone?” Daniel asked with a chuckle. I hugged him tight, inhaling his scent, trying to mark him so I could cherish this tangible experience before it was taken from me. He was real. He was really here. “I was so scared,” I whispered. “I know baby,” he said regretfully. “I’m sorry. I planned to come, but I wasn’t sure I’d be able to make it. I didn’t want to disappoint you until I was a hundred percent sure I’d be here.” I nodded, breaking the hug to look at him again. I hadn’t seen him in over a year and god he had changed. He looked more…manly. I couldn’t explain it. Look

Camille: My classmates, or do I say former classmates ran wild outside, looking, shouting and celebrating like they’d just been proclaimed winners of a war. I didn’t scream, but the smile on my face was wider than everyone else’s. We were all excited that we were basically done with school at this point, our last exam just taken, but my happiness was deeper than that. My flight to London was already booked for the next day. It was a struggle to walk home without looking like an escapee lunatic. My legs itched to skip and run, and my throat yearned to scream, but I struggled to hold everything in until I got to my apartment. Away from the infectious celebration of my other classmates, I couldn’t bear to smile too hard because no one would understand. A few of my neighbors I’d never spoken to gave me weird questioning looks when I stepped into the apartment building and I automatically tried to hide my smile. But in second thought, fuck it. Why did I care what they thought of

Camille: “I don’t know.” Her words were barely audible as they came out muffled. “You don’t know what?” I asked, my patience running thin. “I don’t know what’s wrong with me.” Grace’s eyes met mine, the same baffled look behind them. “Lucia,” Grace called, her voice weak. She was the only one of us still standing by now. “What does that mean?” Lucia finally looked up at her. Her pupils were wide, like a puppy that had just been caught doing something wrong. “I’m sorry, Grace. She’s right. Most of what I told you were lies.” Grace’s lips trembled, but her eyes were fiery. She was broken, but furious. “Which part?” “Cam and I never dated.” “Then why did you say you did?” Lucia swallowed and looked away. “Because I wasn’t sure of us.” A lone tear fell down Grace’s cheek but she quickly wiped it. That was a very heartbreaking confession. “Two years,” she murmured, wiping more tears with more fury. It didn’t seem to stop them from coming though.
