PROLOGUE: The Badass

PROLOGUE

I raised my brows as I stared at the poor boy in front of me. I wanted so much to slap him on his face but I am afraid that my hands might contaminated so no way!

I would rather ask him to kiss my foot just to get even.

"I-I'm sorry...I...didn't mean to report you but...I-I can't stand it! Y-You...were the reason why...Selena got dropped out!" He said in fear. 

Everyone is now watching us. Who wouldn't? The lion come to its feast.

"You should know the consequences right?" I asked with my calm voice even though my inside is now raging in anger. I can't believe that this freaking boy reported me to the Dean? How dare him interfere?! 

"Selene didn't do anything-"

"I caught him having s*x with our professor! How dare you said that she didn't do anything?" I said gritting my teeth.

I don't know why there's always a person who would interfere to you. He should've shup his mouth up.

"She was...being violated and you know that! But...you created this rumors about her! Now she's suffering because of you!" He said.

I smirked and crossed my arms. My expensive bag clinged on to my arms and my pure gold necklace shined on his eyes.

"So what if I know?" I asked and grin. His lips parted. I can hear their gasp and whispers. I walked near towards the poor boy as my guards keep guarding me from the people who might harm me.

"Yes...I know that the professor was violating her and created this funny story that she's having this dirty romance. So what? I don't know what's the big deal!" I said and rolled my eyes. 

His eyes turned fire and the wrath on his eyes is very untamable. Poor this guy. It's very obvious that he likes Selena that's why he's this rigid. 

How funny! D*mn! This is exciting! How come that playing someone else's life is this interesting? I might do it often!

"You're...an evil! Demon! How could you do this to her?! All she did was to be nice with you! F*ck you Millijay! Just f*ck you!" He shouted and was about to attack me but he got block by my bodyguards. I smirked evilly.

"One curse for me...lifelong living in hell for you," I said evilly and walked out with the sound of my stiletto.

I can hear them bad mouthing me but I don't care as long as they are not talking in front of me like that guy did.

Selena was this nerdy girl. She was a transferee. And because she doesn't know me she wanted to be friends with me without even searching about me. Well, you can search my name in the internet and you can read all about me except me being this bad.

I let her accompany me because she wasn't that boring. But...days passed by I get bored and I seek for an exciting happenings in my life. And maybe fate is on my side that night cause I saw Selena having s*x with our professor. They saw me watching them.

The professor was so afraid that I might report him and Selena was asking for my help, she was crying miserably. She told me that the professor was raping her since she transferred in this school. 

At first I got disgusted by this dirty professor but something came up on my mind that leads me in this situation. Now, Selena got dropped out of school and this poor boy, Jonathan who likes her is very mad at me cause he saw me talking with the professor. Jonathan report me to the Dean that's why it happened.

Well, I'm actually doesn't want to talk with that dirty professor. I bumped with him yesterday and thanked me. I'm not really doing it for him, it's for my own excitement but what he did really bothered me so I decided to report him to the police and filed a case. 

Now he's in the court trying to win the case I filed for him but I didn't want to say that to Jonathan. They will just misinterpret it that I'm guilty for it. 

My guards opened the car for me. I put on my seatbelt and dialled someone on my phone.

"Hello?" I said as soon as he answered the call.

"Miss Millijay? How can I help you?" He asked politely. I smiled and looked myself in the rear view mirror.

"Jonathan Hill is your scholar student right?" I asked to confirm. 

"Yes, but why?" He asked confused. 

"I want you to drop down his scholarship," I said while smirking.

"W-What? But Miss-"

"Or you want me to put your organization into bankruptcy?" I threatened but I make sure that my voice is still sweet.

"N-No Miss Millijay! Alright! I'll do it right away!" He said, nervous.

"Thank you," I said and hang up the phone. I rested my head on my seat and closed my eyes.

This day is so exhausting. I miss my soft and warm bed. I wanna lie there all day and night. 

I'm also tired going to school. Don't worry Millicent Jaiyana Hepburn, it's your last year and last sem in college and you'll graduate. And also, next month is summer vacation! I'm so excited! I missed beach and parties!

"Ma'am, we're here," the guard said and opened the door for me. I nodded and went out of the car. I looked at the huge mansion in front of me where I grew up. 

The maids and servants bowed as soon as they saw me. I went to the elevator and press 3rd floor. When the lift stopped I immediately walk myself towards my room. I changed my clothes into more comfortable nighties and did my skin care routine before I lied down on my bed. 

My life is getting boring again. The issue about Selena went down and I need new victim to excite myself again. 

I woke up in the morning with a good sleep from last night. I pressed the intercom and I was about to talk but I got shock when mom's voice came out!

"No breakfast in bed Millijay! Come down here and eat with me!" I almost covered my ears with my hands because of that.

I thought Mom was in the business trip? Why is she here so early?

I changed my clothes in my uniform and went down. I used my personal elevator because this whole third floor is mine.

I kissed mom's cheek when I saw her in the dining sipping her coffee. 

"Good morning Mom!" I greeted happily. She surveyed me and ordered me to sit. I nodded and immediately took a hotdog to bite. I am on my diet but I guess it's not wrong to have my cheat day today?

"How's your school?" She asked so sudden that I almost got choke on my foods. Her brows furrowed when she noticed my reaction.

"Mom! Why would you ask that in front of the foods?!" I asked while wiping my lips.

"What's wrong of asking that? We usually don't spend our days together so I'm asking now!" She said. 

Will she happy if I tell her that I bullied a girl in the school? I splash the spaghetti sauce in the cafeteria's counter, I put the libarary's book in the trash can and even cursed the librarian, I skip classes to play someone else's life, and I make up stories even though it's a lie.

Wow! I have so many sins to tell to my mom and I already can predict her reaction about it so no way! I won't tell her that! It's good that the people in the school were afraid at me that they can't report it to my Mom. They are afraid that my mom won't side with them that's why they are choosing to keep their mouth shut. 

Well, they knew me as a person that can make the truth turn into false, and false into truth.

"I've been...doing good, Mom," I said and took a bite with my bacon. I didn't looked at my Mom. She can tell that I'm lying or not. She is the only person who can tell if I'm lying or not.

"That's good then. Just make sure that you're not doing anything stupid Millijay. Remember that, power is useless if you use it in useless things," she said.

I always heard that quote from her. Power is useless if you use it in useless things. Tss. I'm not buying that. Then why does power make the person a living hell? Power is everything even in useless things!

"Did you heard about the news that Chairman Adamson's son is coming back in the country?" Mom asked.

Chairman Adamson? I knew him but I don't care about his son but I pretended to be curious about it cause Mom would be very mad if she saw that I'm not interested!

"Oh? Why did he came back though?" I asked while sipping on my milk.

"His father appointed him as the new CEO. I heard that he's very good at business! He must be because he's a Carter!" Mom said like she was admiring the Chairman's son.

I shook my head. Chairman Adamson Carter is the founder and owned more than half of shares in Carter's Group of Companies. And my mom's company which is the Hepburn Communications are under of Carter's group, meaning Mom's boss is the Carters, that's why she respects them so much. 

But I don't really give a damn on them. They are nothing but a godamn trash for me. 

"You're right..." I said even though I really don't care.

"The chairman will have a welcome party for him, we must come! I'm gonna buy a dress for you!" She said and continue complementing the Carter's.

I just listened to her because Mom is unstoppable.

Chairman's son huh? Let's see how great you are. I'm gonna find out if Mom were right about this freaking new CEO.
