DENZEL’S POV:-

“And is that enough to seal your mouth?”

Throwing the suitcase on the table, I folded my arms at my chest angrily with a scowl lingering on my features.

We were in my car, in a secluded area to be away from the public's eyes and I absolutely hated it.

Bob, the cop, smirked at my frown and took the suitcase, going through the money we agreed on not using my name.

“Absolutely, Sir. Your name won’t pop at all,” He laughed a little.

I paused, noticing the vileness dripping from his presence and it caused me to go into deep ponderings for the next few moments.

Furrowing my brows, I studied his desire for money and I instantly knew, he could do anything for money and the dark, thrilling sensation in my bones elicited a spark.

“Listen…”

“Yes?”

“Can you do me a favor?”

“It doesn’t nothing, Sir,”

“I know. Place your demand but I want you to interrogate Kyle.”

“Why…?”

“Wife called, yet he called it a shenanigans, how absurd.”

To my words, he paused, narrowed his eyes suspiciously
