Kivvi squinted his gaze at her. “I want you to go straight to the point. I know there is a lot you want to say, and I’m willing to hear them. So, speak freely. Mother and brother aren’t here to listen to it.” He said stiffly.

“Oh, that’s what you care about?”

Kivvi stepped froward, the tick of his jaw moving so fast. “No, that’s not all I care about. But, you don’t want to listen to any of that anyway.”

“Yes, I don’t.” She snapped.

“That’s good,” he said in a distant voice. “Now, tell me what is it you really want to say so bad.”

In a normal situation, she wouldn’t have cared about his choice of words. But, there was nothing about this situation that was normal. Nothing at all. Angelina took a deep breath in hope that she would calm her nerves down a bit.

“You know, you’re just like your mother and brother. The three of you are sick. You like to act like the super nice guy out of all of them, but you’re all the same.”
