Chapter 372

The young man led Leah—who didn't know what was happening—into the car.

As the car drove further away, they left the urban area. They then reached the suburbs where there were no streetlights.

"Where are you taking me to?" Anxious, Leah's heart raced as she fumbled for her phone, only to realize that she couldn't make any calls.

"Don't bother. There's a device in the car that blocks out any signal." The young man sounded as if he was mocking her.

"W-what are you going to do?" Leah's face paled. Terrified, she anxiously demanded.

"Nothing, I'm just doing my job for someone who's inviting you to go somewhere." The car finally stopped at an abandoned garage.

The young man exited the car, then went to open the door on Leah's side.

"Don't… don't you dare hurt me." Trembling, Leah shrank further into the car seat and refused to get out.

A few burly masked men appeared out of nowhere. They tied Leah's limbs up before dragging her out of the car.
