"I … I'll leave right after I've made the hangover tea, okay?" Annabel said.

Stepping forward, Maverick flung the mug away. Then, he shouted at Annabel, "That woman on my bed can do everything, so you're not needed here!

"Annabel, if you don't listen to me, I'll send you out of the country. You won't ever be able to come back again!"

Annabel was startled. Her pretty little face turned pale, and her huge eyes were filled with tears that refused to fall.

"I'll leave," Annabel hastily said, "Mavey, remember to drink the tea." The smile remained on her face.

"Maverick." Violet couldn't stand by and watch any longer. "How can you treat your sister like this?"

"It's none of your business." Maverick was rude to Violet as well. "What's the matter? Carlie can't please you anymore, so you're here for me now?"

Without another thought, Violet smashed the cake in her hands onto Maverick's face.

Maverick's handsome face was instantly covered in cake. Even his features weren't recognizable.
