Violet's pov.

It was as if I was in heaven when Jason came home last night and talked with me. I was able to explain what happened to him and surprisingly he believed me. He even apologised for teasing me with those girls. I was quite happy because it meant he felt something for me.

The sun was already starting to set when I asked the chef to start preparing dinner. With how happy I was, I wished I could cook for Jason but then I would only poison him with my bad cooking.

I was both hungry and tired and I was sure Jason would be hungry when he got back.

The house was quiet save for the music playing in the background.

I moved my body to the beat of Taylor swift's shake it off as I sipped my drink and read a book.

I thought about ordering pizza but kicked against it. I wanted a home cooked meal and I was sure Jason would appreciate one too. We both deserve something sweet.

I was in a good mood today.

There was too much drama in the family that I really did not want to think about
