Matthew raised an eyebrow, casually saying, "If you want to chat, you can go upstairs and find Mom. She's probably in the closet picking out clothes."

"Do I need you to remind me? I meant that I messaged Cyn earlier, but she hasn't replied," Hank retorted with a hint of arrogance, huffing.

"But why did she reply to your message?" After all, Hank texted Cynthia first.

"You can think of it as my special privilege. Whenever I message her, she gets a special notification sound on her end." Matthew was obviously showing off his relationship in front of his dad.

Matthew looked at Cynthia's message and told him that Hank had texted her. Cynthia then checked her notifications and scrolled down to find Hank's message.
