Yash Arora had just stepped out of a meeting when his phone rang
He had shifted from the hotel where Samaira stayed and had moved to another hotel to avoid any embarrassment for her
Though he knew nothing happened between them that night, he didn’t want her to feel awkward
“Yes,” he replied in a curt cold voice, he wanted to slice Mita to pieces but she was after all his friend’s wife
“Mr. Arora,” Mita’s deliberate voice sounded sickening to him
“I must say you are quiet a strong man,”
Yash felt like strangling that women
“If you have nothing important, I’ll hang up, henceforth contact my assistant to discuss any matter,”<
An abnormally terrifying cold silence enveloped the entire corridor, the doctor looked scared, did he say something that he shouldn’t have? The guards who held Yash freed him, Siddharth stood rooted like rock , unable to breathe, unable to move, unable to hold back the tears that threatened to roll off his red eyes for the first time He had never cried.. Well, just once when he had seen another woman in despair! The eerie silence of the corridor was punctured by the squeaking sound of the hospital bed as Samaira was wheeled out of the operation room Siddharth didn’t dare to look at the woman who lay like a fish gone cold to her bones *Samaira!,” Yash rushed to her bed and looked at her pale face laced with deep sorrow
Siddharth didn’t cry out loud, but that didn’t mean that he didn’t feel any pain today, no one was as miserable than him today, at least Samaira could cry out and blame him, be angry with him What could he do?, he could only hate himself more, burn in his own guilt of having killed his own child “You forced your men to hold me and drag me to the hospital like I was some animal, how cruel can you be with your wife Siddharth?, you are heartless!, you only love yourself, no one belongs to you and you belong to none,” She vented while he continued to look for comfort in her hair. Finally after a long bout of crying Samaira had emotionally drained herself and fell asleep in his arms He gently placed her on the bed and turned off the lights. Walking to the window he stood,
The air in the room was eerily silent and cold, Siddharth curled his fingers in a tight fist as he realised what he had done, not only had the baby been lost due to his impatient actions he had even lost Samaira’s trust in him for good He glared at the woman who fell on the floor at his feet “Ma.. Master Siddharth.. I didn't do it,pl.. Please forgive me..” she cried and begged Everything happened because of this woman who was at his feet crying for mercy, would he show mercy to her? “Mita Khanna, I was wrong, I shouldn’t have given in to my impulses that were manipulated by you, just like I shouldn’t have given in to Samaira’s request to let Fred save your life, in fact I should have subjected you to brutal torture before relieving your miseries with death,”
Siddharth stood frozen with panic and shock evident on his face He didn’t expect Samaira to come to this floor, caught off guard he managed to compose himself quickly and cleared his throat “What are you doing here?, let’s go to the room, you shouldn’t be movi..,” Before he could finish, she walked past him into the room “Samaira.. Sam.. please, thank God you’re here, look what a devil your husband is, Samaira, please.. Please save me, I’m your sister inlaw, please save me, you know I’m Shain’s mom, you know he needs me right!” Samaira saw all that was happening in the room, there were cameras arranged , men arranged and Mita lay naked beneath the fat doctor, struggling to break free
“Sammy, why do I feel like you have grown old now, I don’t like this little line on your face,” Shain ran his tiny finger tip across Samaira’s forehead which had creased unbeknownst to her, he pretended to smooth out an imaginary line on her skin “Look, you keep frowning and now there is a line on your forehead,” Samaira immediately relaxed her forehead and smiled “Haven’t you said that you belong to other woman, why do you have to be so interested in my face then,” she teased him with a smile However the little kid who had almost won his battle with death had grown up more than before He could sense that something was amiss and she wasn’t smiling from her heart
It had been more than three weeks since Samaira had returned and she hadn’t heard from Siddharth, looked like he had finally and thankfully given up on her, or was too guilty to face her Thinking hard, Samaira realised that he wasn’t the kind of man who would let her be just like that, she was aware that he had married her for a purpose Complicated emotions flitted across her mind, just as she was contemplating on whether to call him and request to let Mita go, her phone rang again, a smile formed on her lips when she saw who the caller was “The spinach had taken a dark hue within the lasagna sheets and looked horrifying, the taste was horrible, the poppers.. Oh God! Paper tigress, what has happened to your cooking skills, they have been going to the dogs with each passing day, I suggest you keep your pract
Panic coursed through Samaira when she thought about the possibilities, without thinking and summing up all her strength she rushed to the elevator, pressing the call button desperately However the elevator was taking long to arrive so she rushed to the emergency staircase, the Vip floor was located on the 20th floor, she was on the 14th floor That did not stop her from rushing frantically, she barged onto the floor breathless , her forehead was laced with beads of perspiration No sooner had she taken a step on the floor that two men with gun in their hands stopped her “Miss no one is allowed on this floor, go back,” said one of the guards rudely “Is.. Is it Siddharth Kapoor who has been admitted here?, is.. Is he your b
“Sid… Siddharth!!!,” She looked at him in shock mixed with joy and relief “You.. you’re awake!, you.. You're finally awake!,” She couldn’t help but cry in joy as she held his hand tighter and planted several kisses on it “You scared me, how could you do this to me?, you’re such a mean man!,” she sobbed “Samaira Kapoor, you look so ugly when you cry, either cry or laugh will you,” Samaira didn’t know how her face was smeared with tears but her lips were spread in a wide smile “Siddharth, you’re awake, thank God you’re awake,” She immediately grabbed the glass of water and helpe
