"It has always been!" Felicity wanted to say that he deserved to be slapped for kissing her without even saying hi to her. However, she hesitated and gave up the idea.

It was because he was not supposed to kiss her even if he did greet her earlier.

She felt weird as if she was getting mad over the wrong thing. 'Why am I angry at what he said more than the fact that he actually kissed me?

'Is it because I don't take him as a man, so I didn't mind him kissing me?'

Felicity's head turned into a mess, but she felt somewhat happy.

She thought to herself. 'I guess I'm happy because I found out that Vermont is single, and I can finally ask for his help without having to avoid him anymore..."

"Yeah. You're right." Vermont was in a good mood and his words made Felicity feel very good.

Felicity looked at his face again before she said softly, "I should probably put some ice on it. It looks so ugly."

Vermont replied with a serious face. "It's okay. Didn't you say that I have thick skin?"
