Almyra's POV,

Malum raised his sleeves up and looked at me with a teasing gaze. "That was weird, do you have any idea about what she was trying to say?"

I pondered for a moment before speaking. "That was stupid from her I must say, like really stupid."

"You might be the stupid one here," his eyes were not lying and his lips played with seriousness.

I knitted my forehead in confusion and anger.

Stupid?!

Coming from Malum?! Damn!!!

I stopped in my steps and crosed my hands across my chest thoughtfully.

Yeah, he was right, I think I might be the stupid one here.

"Why did you say that actually?" I spoke in a low gravelly tone. "Like what did you think might be her reason of saying that?" I made myself clear.

He hesitated for a moment before sitting down on the couch in the room. "Why not try to remember what she meant by that word?"

"I don't know much about your ex-husband family you should know that," he shrugged. "I don't want to know also," he added with a scornful look on his face.
