Chapter 40

LIZA POV

The check-in was done in haste and as Hunter had proclaimed, the villa was the shit. Everyone had their own private bedroom and the common room aka lounge room was so spectacular it looked like I have stepped into another different world. The architecture and interior design only were one for the books. But what made me weaker in the knees was the round bath in the middle of the monster-sized bathroom inside my private room.

It was marbled white without any flaw, with a silver tap hanging just beside it right on the rich flooring. The time I arrived, it was filled with warm water and bubbles and a bottle of wine neatly rolled beside the tub on a small miniature trolley. The candles that were surrounding the tub knocked the air out of me, and before I could do anything, I found myself soaking in it relaxing the life out of me.

The tray of freshly prepared fruit salad was there on the bed waiting for me as soon as I stepped out of the water. I don’t know
