LIZA POV

The following day was so chaotic and overwrought that I barely had time to escape to the bathroom and play candy crush. With the half-day off we took earlier, the work had managed to pile itself seven-time, and I wanted to scream for even suggesting that in the first place. But again, it was for a good cause! Right?

Or the only way to describe the whole squabble was that Dawn had crawled under my skin and I couldn’t do anything without thinking of him, seeing him in front of my eyes while he was on the other side of the country! Speaking of that motherfucker, last night was glorious!
