Five

The moment I drove the car to the hospital the doctor and nurses were already outside of the hospital waiting for my arrival since the hospital is also under Donald's group of Company and I called the hospital when I was on my way. 

I stepped out of the car and the nurses were already beside my car with a stretcher.so I just carried my sister and put on top of the stretcher and the nurses rushed her inside the hospital to the laboratory room and I walked behind them. When I got close to the lab room I was about to step inside when the doctor stop me.

"Mr. Donald we are sorry but you will have to wait outside and don't worry we will do our best to make sure she will be fine" doctor Calab said and went inside the lab and close door leaving me behind to wait for them to finish their business inside the room.

" After spending 5 minutes outside and the doctor was not yet out of the room I decided to call our elder brothers Laurel and Demain because calling our dad and mom right now means tomorrow the will be a broadcast on the death of the Caberas when our parents will come to the hospital and see my sister state.it will be better they find out when Kate is by their side because only she can calm them down especially our dad who loves her so much.

"Taking my phone out of my pocket and I dial Laurel number after about 2 rings he picked it up"

"Kyle, what 's wrong?"

"Bro, is Damian in your house right now?"

"Yes, he slept over at my place"

" thank God because it will help me not to talk to much"

" What wrong Kyle? Or do you need Damien to help you with something?

"Bro, am fine and I don't need anything just that sis is in the hospital right as we are speaking?

" What? What happened to her? Which hospital are you guys in?

"Bro, Calmdown the doctors are still finding out what wrong with her and for the other part I will tell you later but right now I need the both of you in the hospital"

Okay, but which hospital? Laurel asked.

"Our hospital, Kyle said 

" we will be there soon"

" Please don't tell mom and dad just bring Damien.

" Alright.

"And the call was cut off, and still the doctors were not yet out of the room.Kyle walked to one of the benches in the hospital and sat down."

Does Caberas don't even know who they have offended because even if my sister forgives them I will never forgive them. I will make sure they suffer triple what she had to go through today and that stupid man she left her family for could not even support her but what is making me angry is that she couldn't even fight for herself someone who could fight anyone who bullies her could not stop her husband people from doing what they did to her.I remember when she told us she want to get married to that guy we all refuse even some of her friends didn't support her but she didn't listen saying she love him so much. And I can remember very well when our dad told her she was all alone if she accept to continue with that marry and she won't be a Donalds still the day she will live that guy and come back home and still she continue with the wedding and for the past 3 years i haven heard from her still today that she called me 

"This past 3 years was like we were living in her shadow because our dad change totally and our mom will always have a fight with our dad with the topic being she wants to go see her daughter which our dad will always deny and move to his study room and the house which was feel with laughter and happiness was no more there and the only thing which keep us living was our work and the money. 

Laurel and I decided to join the business world.

Damien chose the entertainment industry alongside my sister but what she loves doing most is taking care of patients since she is a doctor by profession and this hospital she is the owner. And it was her idea for all of us to combine our business and that's how we came out with the Donalds group of companies where we handle everything together and when she left we showed this hospital and other companies she has grown too so she could be proud of us.

I was cut out of my thoughts when I heard my name and when I turned I saw my brothers.

" What happened to Kate? Damien asked"

" she called me around 1 am in the morning to come pick her from the Cabera's mansion and when I got there I saw her on the floor with wounds on her foreheads and on her legs that she couldn't walk and when I carried her she fainted on my body and I rushed to this hospital.

" That bastard and his family did that to my sister. I will kill them and I mean it" Damien said angrily.

" What did the doctors say was wrong with her? Laurel asked, changing the topic.

"They are still in the ward. Kyle said and they heard the sound of a door opening and when they turned to face the door they saw the doctor walking out and they all rushed to him.

" How is she doing? And what's wrong with her?"

"She is doing fine at the moment and all the wounds on her face and legs have been treated and also I must say she is lucky because you brought her on time. If not we wouldn't have been able to save her baby.

" What does doctor mean? Kyle asked and the other just looked at the doctor.

"What I am saying is that your sister 

Is 14 days Pregnant and you brought her on time if not she would have had a miscarriage." The doctor said

"Thanks, for the information" laurel said 

"Is nothing I was just doing my job and by the way the nurses will be transferring her to the Vip room soon. The doctor said and left them.

" I can't believe that after my sister has decided to divorce that bastard that when results decided to prove that she is pregnant" Damien said angrily

 

" bro, calm down and I know this news won't change her mind because with the state I saw her today am sure she won't go back to that family and if she decide to keep the baby the all we have to do is to help her take care of the baby from every step she takes concerning the baby. Kyle said.

" But the problem now is how will she go to the register office tomorrow to sign the divorce because the doctor just says she needs to rest. 

"Don't worry tomorrow we will make sure she goes to that register office to sign the divorce even if it means we need to carry her there we will. Damien said.

" Greetings Sirs!

" Please, your sister has been moved to the Vip room and she has gotten up. The nurse said and left 

"Let go and see her," Laurel said and they all walked to her room.

When the got to her ward Kyle entered first and walked to his bed

Thank God, you are okay because if something bad would have happened to you I would have made sure I kill that bastard. Kyle said angrily.

Please stop mentioning his name. I don't want to ever hear his name. Rhsin said.

Okay sis, if you say so by the way Laurel and Damein are also here, I called them when you were inside the lab.kyle said 

At that moment Laurel and Damein walk inside the ward.

"How is my beautiful sister doing? Laurel asked.

" I am doing fine now"

"You know when Laurel woke me up telling me you are in the hospital it was like a part of me left my body but that God you are doing well.

" bro, we are not in one of your drama series where you are trying to make your ex accept you back. Rhain said and Laurel and Kyle started laughing 

"You know for you I don't mind creating another drama series but know what we all miss you and we are happy you are back. Damien said

" I myself am happy and am free from it and tomorrow I will be totally free from the bondage, called marriage.by the way what did the doctor say is wrong with me?

"Mmmmmmm the doctor said that you are….

" Is the sickness that serious that you don't want to tell? Rhain asked

"No, sis you are not sick but you see your dizziness is normal for someone with your condition. Laurel said

" My condition? What is my condition? 

"Sis the doctor said you are 2 weeks pregnant".

" That's not true, I can't be pregnant for that guy. Rhain said and started crying.

"You know what sis there is no need for you to cry and no matter what you decide to do about the pregnancy at the end we will support you even if you want to abort the baby. Laurel said and the orders nod their heads

"Yesterday, I was accused of pushing Jake's brother's wife from the stairs and she lost the baby. I tried my best to explain to Jake and his family members that I didn't do it but they didn't believe me even Jake didn't didn't believe me but you know what hurts me the most it was the fact that he stood there while his family members were humiliating me and then I understood that I just wasted 3 years of my life for someone I thought he could love me as I loved me but all he cared about was his late brother wife."

"When she told me I was just wasting my time being beside Jake as his wife and she was going to fall from that stairs so that Jake would divorce me. I asked if she was that heartless to harm that baby just because she wanted to separate Jake and I but she didn't answer but the moment she fell down that stairs then I knew she was really serious when she said she doesn't want me as Jake's wife again. So tell me if I abort this baby will I not be the same as that girl who killed her baby to separate Jake and I. Rhain asked.

" Sis we understand what you are feeling and why we are with you throughout". Kyle said.

"I must go to the registrar office tomorrow for the divorce but you see this pregnancy I will keep it because it is my baby and it needs to live and I will make sure the baby won't feel the absence of his or her father."

"You don't need to bother because you have us, your brothers, to take care of you and your baby and let's not forget our parents and your friends. Damien said and they all hugged her.

" hope you guys didn't tell mom and dad that I am in the hospital?

"Of course not, we couldn't bring our self to do that.Kyle said 

"Bros, tomorrow I will need some clothes so I can prepare from here and after the registrar office we then go home. 

That won't be a problem. I will ask someone to bring you some clothes tomorrow and then we will pick you up when you are done. Laurel said 

" Okay bro, thanks.

"We will leave you right now so you can rest. Laurel said and they all gave her a peck and left her ward so she can rest.

After Kyle left the Cabrera's mansion with Rhain and everyone left to their various rooms. Jake walks to Lilian's room to check up on her. When he got inside her room he walked to her bed and sat down beside her. While his thoughts were on what happened a moment ago.

Kyle Donald called his wife his love, that means his wife has been cheating on him? That is what he has been asking himself throughout but still no reply. He came back when someone's hands were on his and when he turn his head he saw that Lilian was up.

" You are finally up but the doctor said you need to rest more. Jake said 

" am fine Jake you don't need to bother"

"Okay if you say so, by the way I am sorry for what my wife did to you.Jake said

" you this as an opportunity to poil Jake and Rhain marriage, Lillian started crying and she said "Rhain told me she hates me so much because I am the course of you not loving her and since my husband is death the only way she can be happy with you is if she kills me and my baby because we are threats to her relationship with but am happy she wasn't successful because am fine and my baby too is fine.

" Lilian, you are mistaken.

"Jake!! What do you mean by mistaken am okay can't you see and my baby to…o with a minutes, My baby is okay right Jake?

" Lilian asked but there was total silence in the room.

"Will you fucking answer my question Jake, how is my baby? Did the doctor say something is wrong with my baby? Lilian asked 

" Am sorry Lilian you lost the baby" Jake said 

"Ahahahahaaha you know what if you want to joke, look for cheap jokes and not expensive jokes. Lilian said 

" Am not Joking"

"Wait a minute, you are serious, No No no that can't be true I can't lost my baby that the only thing my husband your brother left for me to feel his presents, I can't lost my baby, Jake please go and bring my baby back. I want my baby. If Rhain hated me that much she would have better kill me and not killing my child. Jake told me what wrong I committed to her that made her do that to my baby. Lilian said crying fake tears while Jake put her head on his chest begging her to top crying.

" while she was pretending to be crying she will glances at Jake and just by looking at his angry face she will smile silently because she knows with what she has said right now it will make Jake to hate Rhain more and which will cause them to separate and she will finally make her next plan which is to enter Jake's life.

Lillian knew every since that Jake has feelings for her and she also loved him but when his elder brother Jackson proposes to her she accepted his proposal because Jackson is the first son of the Caberra family and the future hire unlike Jake who was just the second son despite the fact that he was more handsome than her husband. But now that her husband is death there is no need for her to keep pretending that she doesn't love inke especially when she knows clearly that Jake love her but the obstacle on her way was his so-called wife loves she is positive that her coastIi,s clear because everyone the family love her most because of her background unlike That Rhain of a girl who no want knows which planet of the world she is from.

"You don't need to cry and don't worry about killing your baby. I have decided to divorce her because I can't live in one house with a woman who killed my brother in the spring. Jake said and Lillian was so happy because her plan finally worked. If I would have known that falling down the stairs would facilitate the divorce of Jake and Rhain I would have done it since anyway now is not yet too late because she will finally live.

" the doctors said you need a lot of rest so I will let you sleep now okay? Jake said and stood up from Lilian's bed.

"Lilian just nods her head"

"Jake walked out of Lilian's room and everything looked different to him because if he could remember these past three years whenever he entered his room there was a lady figure sleeping by the other side of the bed but this time around he will be sleeping on the big bed alone. Thinking that maybe is dreaming he walks to the side of the bed which he will always sleep on and touches it but it has cooled. So he decided to sleep by that side of the bed this time around in order not to miss her presence because he knows that tomorrow she will come home and apologize to his family members and Lillian and after that he will forgive her and accept her back. With that in his mind, he fell asleep.
