Chapter Eighty Nine

After some minutes of resting and munching on snacks, Elena was tired and decided it was time for them to continue, but this time she sat at the backseat, laid down and soon enough, she was fast asleep. Matthew had no choice but to keep on driving, but this time his head was full of thoughts. Why was it so hard for her to see it? Why does she keep pushing every other lady to him and for her to see it, it was very hard for her?

Or maybe she was just pretending, trying not to give him the hope that he might have a chance, and protecting him from not telling him he might not have a chance.
