NOTE : HI GUYS. i just thought i'd leave this here that this is a not the main story. This is a backstory of what had happened before the real story so yeah let's get into the story.

........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

There he was, alive and well. He walked slowly towards the pack house. Everything seemed to be stuck in a stand still. No one could believe their eyes. No mortal had ever, escaped alive. It was impossible to even think about but there the evidence was. He wasn't even about to doubt the fact that the guards had followed him to the perimeter,Sir Dave had gone with them and if there was anyone who wished Dalton dead as much as him, it was definitely Sir Dave.

The reason could be traced back to when Dalton was still the Alpha and he being Dave had tried to rape one of the pack women. He assumed that he had free reign because he was the Luna’s father.

One of the things known about Dalton was the high resect he had for females after all he had being raised by a bunch of them. Anyways Alpha Dalton had caught him, Oh goddess he nearly killed Dave. He had nearly shifted at the point. He tore across Dave’s face with his claws .He still has a scar running across on his face to remind him of the incident.

He hadn’t even let the fact that Sir Dave’s daughter was his mate and Luna of the pack at the time deter him from delivering the appropriate punishment and the pack members had sang his praises for months after that. Sir Dave had been greatly embarrassed by the incident .So it was fair to say Sir Dave loathed him.

But how was this then possible. He wasn’t an apparition, he was a mortal and had survived the wrath of the Troubled waters. What did that mean for him? Does this mean the Goddess had decided to favor Dalton. The more he though about it the more afraid he became. Muttering “it wasn’t possible” continuously under his breath , he turned back and stomped back to his room with the head guard closely behind him.

There was a loud uproar as everyone of the slave seemed to snap out of it as they all ran to surround him. None of the guards even dared to stop them, they had never seen them like this. They seemed to be moving in such dynamic, so unbreakable, undeterred in their numbers regardless of all the shit life had thrown towards them.

The older pack women came out to find out what was causing the uproar they were hearing and ran out as soon as they saw who it was. All of them including the women all bowed their heads to him welcoming him as Alphas were customarily greeted when they return back to the pack after winning a war before proceeding to embrace him.

The older women somehow adorned him with flower crowns , again another customary way to congratulate Alphas when they returned from a successful war. This continued for about an hour. Everyone surrounding him trying to hug him and offer him their respect and allegiance.

Some young girls in the pack even went up to him to greet him and the brave ones confessed their feelings for him. They were soon pulled away by their mothers .They all dispersed back to their respective duties after all embracing him. The few that remained with him were dispersed by the Alpha’s order that everyone returned back to their duties including Dalton.

Soon everything was back to normal in the pack, the slaves were back to their normal cycle of working every second of day, the only difference was that they now seemed to be working tirelessly and with smiles on their faces. Despite the added amount of verbal and physical abuse the Alpha had ordered to be added to their workload, a few whips, kicks, spittle her and there they did their work with so much joy that it increased the already built up anger of the alpha. He retired back to his chambers in frustration.

After the day’s work the slaves were also allowed to retire back to their respective rooms and the next set of slaves took over for the night. Dalton in his room and inner circle related everything that happened to him at the troubled waters to his roommates trying to make sense of it all. None of them could answer why exactly any of those incidents had happened but they all agreed on one thing.

If all that happened was a test, the fact that he was not yet dead was proof enough that he had passed. He then proceeded further to describe the gorgeous she-wolf he had met there and the peace he felt in his soul with her. He also proceeded to relay the  “Bleeding rose” situation.

None of the men had ever heard about it and knew nothing about it. Everyone had heard the story of the bleeding roses but none of them had ever heard anything about the roses turning white.

Most of the men in this room had grown up with Dalton and knew him to be a man of few words. He hadn’t always been the greatest talker, he believed mostly in actions ,so hearing him talk so passionately about something they didn’t pass up on the chance to tease him. Celebrating the best way they knew how, they teased him about her. Some of them even went as far as mimicking him with their eyes widened.

“She’s so gorgeous and so big” they mimicked with mirth in their eyes, causing the room to burst in laughter.

This continued until it was night time and it was time he return back to the troubled waters to pass his night as per the Alpha’s orders.

This time the Alpha stood by his room’s window to watch him go. As usual he was escorted to the perimeters and this time they waited till they saw him disappear into the gate of the troubled waters before all turning around with a smile. Surely the troubled waters wouldn’t let him escape twice.

"How dare you disrespect your alpha. How dare you look your alpha in the eyes. It seems you need to be reminded of your place. Don't you Slave?. He whispered harshly almost maliciously walking slowly towards the slave. Tension could be sensed as the pack waited earnestly and in anticipation to what would be done to the slave, anticipating whether one of them would be called upon to discipline the slave to prove their worth to their alpha, to receive favor in the eyes of their leader. However the alpha had other ideas it seems as he beckoned over the Beta, a position second only to the Alpha. "Bring to me the The whip". The Alpha whispered again. The pin drop silence that once existed was ruptured by whimpers from the slaves. None of them have been unfortunate enough to having the feared "THORNED WHIP" against their skin but the rumors of how deadly the whip was had them in whimpers. One whimper was particularly louder than the others, this one came from the slave boy who had t
