Rayne’s POV Reese holds me gingerly and I find myself finally able to relax in his arms tonight. My head had been spinning since I woke of the images that transpired with Kera. I felt like my wolf was trying to blur the last images from me and I knew she was trying to protect me from what she had done to protect Emma and me. Losing myself to my wolf felt like I had lost a piece of something inside of me but the bond I feel for Reese is thankfully still intact. I took a deep breath staring down the path between the chairs at my mate who looked stunning in his tuxedo.
