Because everyone had gone asleep in their respective rooms, the cabin grew silent, as a result, the faint sound of insects became louder, but it was still pleasant to sleep in them. Cornell had his head on the pillow, but his hand gripped Jessica's arm securely, as though he felt safe with her touch. Jessica was also in a deep sleep since she was exhausted from the travel and the additional tiredness from last-minute cooking.

This was not the case with Liam, who tossed and turned on the bed for almost a full hour but was unable to get his eyes to close. He felt lonely and had to put up with the aggravation of not being able to grab her in his arm, even though they were very close to each other.

In frustration, Liam sat up and surveyed his room. There was a thought in his mind that made him ponder for a brief movement, and he could not stay on the bed. He tossed the sheet aside and walked towards the door, before exiting.
