Aliyah POV

I contacted my driver to come get my car from Nancy's school, so we left in Liam's car.

The drive was silent, many thoughts lingered on my mind as I stared out through the window, feeding my eyes with nothing.

"Jeff..." I was forced to turn my attention to Liam when I heard him call Jeff, and I was stunned when I found him having all of his attention focused on driving.

"Pardon?"

"Can you stop thinking about him and give us a chance?" He asked out of the blue moon, and my jaw dropped. He pulled over at the side of the road and turned his attention to me.

"I know you are doing this for the sake of our daughter... You don't love me anymore, but I'm determined to win your heart back..." He paused and bit his lip.

"If you are still stuck with him, then it's going to be difficult to win you back. For the sake of our child that you are doing this, can you please stop thinking about him?" With his eyes piercing into mine, he spilled those words, and my lips parted on their own.
