TERRA'S POV:

But what bothered me the most was if this was a sign to just go by myself or not go back at all?

My head was starting to hurt from all the thinking so I stripped out of my blue silk night down and stepped to the shower letting the cold shower wash all the hurt and thoughts away.

I had lost so much but I had been blessed with the two greatest treasures, so for that I am extremely grateful and thinking about them alone brings a smile to my face clearing off all the hurt and loss.

After showering, I walked downstairs in a black long fitted gown and I had on a cream cardigan which was so comfortable, I had a feeling a grandmother had made it with love. I had simply purchased it at the store but I was so in love with it. On my feet were my cozy fluffy slides which had a cute puppy face on it and it was to match with the kids. My hair was still wet but no longer dripping with water, I would have taken my time to dry it up completely but I was hungry.

I grinned as I in

MRS ANDERSON'S POV:AT HER HOUSE:I was seated in my home drinking out from a cup of tea while reading out of my newspaper with a new edition of a magazine seated on the table next to the plate of food I was already done with. The maid was standing behind me and with how pin drop silent the house was, I could literally hear her breathing and to say I was irritated was an understatement. “Girl.” I called out as I had no idea what her name was neither did I even care to. She quickly walked next to me and said politely, “Yes, Mrs Anderson.”I looked at her for a brief moment and the oozing smell of mediocrity radiated off her, especially her cheap scent of perfume. At least she even took time to smell mid, messy looking dirty blonde hair, the ugly makeup with tacky overly red lipstick and her maid outfit. She was not pleasing in my sight whether I was looking at her or wasn't, I was not okay having her around.“Leave. If I need anything I will call for you and there shouldn't be any exc

TERRA'S POV:At the store the other day, it turned out the man who was calling my name…at least my other name, was not even directed to me, he was calling for his girlfriend, and it wasn't even ‘Terra’ he was calling out but 'Tema'. I was so caught up in thinking he was calling me that I didn't notice the lady he was calling a few distance from me. It was so hard to believe he wasn't calling for me but I was happy that even after seven years, no one had been able to pinpoint my location. The craziest part was that he had the same voice as Ross which made my heart racing.I drove back to my house that night and just replayed the whole thing in my head but as soon as I arrived back at the mansion, James was already seated, waiting patiently for me. It was around 6p.m and I was informed by a maid that Miss Mary was teaching the kids how to cook one of her favorite delicacies. So they were occupied. He was seated outside the house by the veranda with his eyes glued to his phone, most lik

I love you and that will never…ever change.” He spoke with sincerity and love in his eyes then pulled me for a hug and I exhaled deeply, reluctantly hugging him back.He looked into my eyes breaking the hug apart and I took a step back to prevent another kiss from happening again. I didn't even want it, aside from the fact that I was busy, I should have made it clear that I wasn't even sexually attracted to him.“Drive safely.” I coughed out and waved at mini James inside the car. TERRA'S POV:ARRIVAL DAY:“Careful sweetie.” I turned to say to Eleanour who was excited while I on the other hand was on edge. As soon as we alighted out of the airplane, it turns out Miss Mary had ordered one of the security guards, Cren, to come with us. According to him, he had told me but it turns out I wasn't paying attention. But I was certain that I would hear if he said something like that and it made me suspicious. But he looked like he had worked for the president or like an executive, as he was just going straight to business. Most of my security guards looked so alike, always dressed in a black on black attire wearing black glasses as well, like secret agents. They were built and muscular except for only a few. I shook off negative thoughts, afterall we usually traveled with at least security personnel but I didn't this time, because I was staying here longer and I already hired staff here. Being back in this airport felt surreal, the last time I had been here, I was in

TERRA'S POV:LATER THAT DAY:After dinner, the kids had fallen asleep after being extremely exhausted. By their whispers after we arrived, I'm certain Eric was filling in with Eleanour during our discussion last night and after the frozen yogurt, Eleanor wasn't angry with me anymore. I just had the habit of ignoring them when I was too tired or my mind was too occupied. Cren had also been fed and given a room and after much protest after he had said that he couldn't sleep since it was his duty to protect me and the kids, he eventually went to bed. There were dark circles forming under his eye after he took off his glasses, I had seen it.I couldn't help but admire their mansion. It was spectacular, they had a bunch of maids who were literally begging to be given something to do, their mansion was huge with at least seven rooms, with two sitting rooms. The dining table was beautiful with about seven seats as well. I had not been given a thorough home tour but from what I could see it w

By his facial expression however, one could not tell. He looked rather impatient and he kept glancing at his watch, but declined the attempt of waiters and waitresses who offered to take his order.Even the look on his face scared the staff. But overall, he was a sight for sore eyes and the waitresses talked about his captivating appearance. He was waiting for a beautiful woman he was having dinner with and she was over fifteen minutes late making him somewhat anxious and impatient. He was already regretting a lot of things as he sat down and the conversation he had with Grandpa Philip played in his head.Grandpa Philip had stopped by Ross's huge mansion and rather than heading inside, he called Ross to come meet him in the car. “Hey Grandpa.” Ross greeted as soon as he entered into the ca

TERRA'S POV:THREE MONTHS LATER:“How busy are you? ‘Cause I was thinking we can go out for lunch so I can make it up to you.” Ross suggested, and I rolled my eyes playfully at him. He knew I was mad at him for him being mad at me for worrying too much and stressing out about the kids as it was their first day at a new school. It had just been hard since the welcome party and literally settling in Salandi was hard for me in a way that it was hard for the kids.“I'm actually extremely busy right now, and I will be heading to Nina's trial as today is the sentencing. Later tonight?” I suggested and he heaved out a sigh, obviously displeased at the fact that I was headed to Nina's trial but I needed to be there. I just had the need. They had been able to give the old woman and her grandson the sum of a million for their help in finding Nina and the family was given the media space to be able to show their appreciation to Ross and Terra, letting them know it will go a long way in pulling them out of the hand to mouth lifestyle they had been living especially since the grandmother was single handedly raising the boy.“Mummy.” Eric called out from his bed with droopy eyes, and she waved at him with a smile trying her best not to wake Eleanour who was finding it hard to close her eyes.Eric was not shot neither was Ross but Terra still requested he stayed

3RD POV:AN HOUR LATER:Asian was drained and tired but she took great compassion on the twins especially Eleanour, seeing her as a young version of Amber who was sad and always needed her. TERRA'S POV:A DAY LATER:It had been more than 35 hours since I had last seen my kids and since the kidnapping. Last night, when I couldn't sleep, I snuck out in my own mansion in order to prevent Evelyn, who was literally everywhere, from waking up. I drove in one of my old sports cars, which allowed the cool night breeze to run through my body and blow away the tears which kept flowing and I drove to weird looking areas, banishing the thought that I might be robbed, and showed them images of Nina if they had come across her but they had nothing.A particularly shabby looking man asked for some money before providing answers, feigning that he recognised her and as soon as I handed him money, he tucked it into his pocket and
