PROLOGUE

"DIDN'T I tell you that I don't have that in my mind yet?"

Atasha said calmly to her mother. They were at the dining table when her mother brought up the topic of having a child.

"I know, but I'm getting old. Twenty-seven is the right age. You should have a child, it's hard to have children when you're old."

Atasha sighed because of what her mom said. Her mother has been talking to her about getting married and having a child for a long time, but that is not really in her plan—yet.

"It's only been one year since my business started. I still want to give you a better life. And one more thing, I don't have a boyfriend so that's very impossible."

She said in a low tone. Atasha has a lot of respect for her mother so she wants to give her a better life before she puts herself first.

She saw that her mother bowed down so she was confused.

"Mom," she said making her mom look at her. She loves her very much and she does not want to see her sad. If she can, she will do everything for her mother. She would rather be hurt than her mom.

"When we lose your father, you have been there to support me. I gain strength from you. Now that I see you successful, I wish I had someone more to be with here. I want a grandchild now that I'm old."

Atasha felt a sensation. At the age of 25 she started to build a business that was opened a year ago and now even though it just started it is growing more so she does not have time for that.

"I'll think about it."

She said that her mother smiled and stood up then hugged her.

"Thank you, my daughter! You know, you are always not here. I'm not with you, so I'm sad."

Atasha caressed her mother's arm around her and she closed her eyes.

She would rather have her mother in her arms. Her mother is the only one who can calm her down especially when she is very tired.

Just hug her and it will be fine.

"Don't worry Ma, that day would come."

A loud sound greeted Atasha when she entered the bar. It has been a week since she and her mother talked about it and in the past few days her mother has been pushing her even more which has made her even more stressed.

Her business is fine but she does not know what to do with what her mom wants. She went on a date with the one her best friend was told several times but still nothing. So here she is now at the bar, she wants to drink because of pressure from her mom.

"Vodka please."

Atasha said that the bar tender smiled and immediately took her order and handed it to her. Atasha looks her eyes around and she saw people in the dancefloor dancing. She looked at the vodka again and drank it straight away which made her wince.

"The taste is really bad!"

Atasha said while looking at her glass. She is not used to drinking but she drinks vodka and wine often. She only tasted it at first, but when he had it twice, it was nothing like water to her.

“One more please!”

Atasha did not know that someone had been watching her since she entered the bar. She is wearing a red dress because she just came from another blind date but what annoyed Atasha more was his rudeness when they lasted. The man's hand was taking advantage to her body so she kicks his balls and left him crawling in pain.

The man was sitting at a table with her friends who had just decided to have a night out that day because of her friend's engagement. When he saw Atasha enter inside, he could not take her eyes off her. He did not know but it seemed to attract him to come and join her especially when he saw that she was alone and drinking.

But he stopped himself because he kept shaking his head and telling himself that he was not like that.

Only a few minutes passed and the girl was able to drink three glasses and she could see that a man approached her. He clenched his fist because of that. He does not understand himself bacause he does not want another man to approach her.

"Hi miss!"

Atasha looked at the person and saw a handsome man but not her type. She ignored it and looked at her glasses again. The man raised the corner of his lips and looked at the woman in disbelief, so he immediately stepped aside.

"Hard to get huh? I'm Jhon by the way."

Atasha looked at the man and took his outstretched hand and removed it immediately. The man grinned because of the smooth hand he felt even though she did not answer him.

The man talked to her until she was surprised when he touched her thigh. Atasha was about to slap him when suddenly someone pulled the man and punched him on its face.

"You! Son of b*tch! How dare you touch her?!”

The man shouted angrily and punched him again. Atasha was surprised because of that and stood up when she saw that the other men had taken her away.

"Boss! Stop!"

"Kent stop it!"

His companions said but the man still did not want to stop so Atasha panicked and immediately came to stop him.

"Stop! That is enough please! I'm fine."

The man stopped because he heard her voice and she even held him. Atasha pulled him away and shout— "Kick him out!" the perverted man was immediately taken by the guards.

She looked at the man behind her, the one who helped her.

"T-Thank you for your help."

She said while staring into his eyes. She did not know but she could not take her eyes off the man. The man did not answer either and just looked at her.

"Ahem! Come on! Boss is fine hahaha."

Atasha came to her senses because of the men's laughter, so she immediately said goodbye and left. The man was annoyed with his friends because of what they did.

“F*ck you all!” He said and immediately chased after the girl.

The boys laughed more because of their friend's act.

"Is there a miracle yet?"

"Will we ever see how a Keiron Kent can love?"

"Hahahaha."

Atasha staggered to her car and tried to find her key in the bag. But because of the drunkenness, she almost fell and someone caught her which surprised her. She immediately smelled his perfume and knew that it was the man who helped her.

"Thank you." She immediately moved away from him but the man immediately came to her and grabbed her by the waist which surprised her again.

"What?! I can do it myself!” She screamed. The man was looking at her blankly so she swallowed because of the coldness of his eyes.

"After what happened earlier, I will not let you go home alone." The man said coldly and helped her to walk so the woman did nothing because she seemed to be getting weaker. She did not know if it was because of the alcohol or because the man was intimidating.

The man took her to his car, she did not complain anymore because her surroundings were spinning. She closed her eyes when she sat in the front seat and the man immediately entered.

He started the car which made Atasha even more dizzy.

They were in the middle of the ride when the man insulted himself because he did not know where her house was. As for Atasha, she does not know why she is not afraid. The fact that the man can do something else to her. She feels that she is safer here, especially since it saved her from the mean guy earlier.

"Hey where do you live?"

He asked the woman but Atasha did not answer him because she felt that if she spoke, she would throw up. The man looked at her and saw that she closed her eyes so he let her go and they went straight to his house.

After a while, they were there and he entered the car into a large mansion with many guards. When he stopped the car, he did not wake up the girl and stared at her.

Her face was so gentle that he liked it more. He brought his face closer to kiss her for an unknown reason that caused Atasha to widen her eyes—But she did nothing. They broke the kiss for a while. She looked at the man who was staring at her and his face was getting closer and she was not crazy not to know that he was going to kiss her again!

There is a part of her that likes what is happening that messes with her mind even more. Until she felt his lips touch hers. That is when he came to her senses. He was about to push it away but something entered her mind— “I want to witness your wedding and having my grandchild before I disappear from the world.”

When she remembered that, she slowly closed her eyes with tears because she could not bear the thought of losing her mother. The man was surprised because he felt her tears, so he immediately breaks away from her.

"S-Sorry! Sh*t! I did not mean to make you—” The man did not finish what he was going to say when Atasha suddenly grabbed his face and kissed him. He was still surprised but later on, he slowly closed his eyes and touched the girl's face and neck.

A deep kiss enveloped them both like they are in love with each other.

Atasha felt that he had lowered her to a soft bed. She did not know how but she was swept away by the warmth of their feelings.

That is when things started happening that should not happen.

A night where they both wanted and liked.
