Listen to Infinity by One Direction.

Galveston, was the new fucked up city with flighty assholes, who portrayed all shades of tawdriness.

The people in this city moved about with masks of smiles, and happiness on their faces, to fool one another, into believing they had perfect life at home. While it was always the contrary. Either they were battling with failed marriages, deadly diseases, depression, bankruptcy. Or with crazy rebellious sons like myself.

I had live in Texas all of my fucking life. Grew up there, had my first everything, made friends and did school there.

Why would I even care?

Everything about my life was shitty.

And now, I was in the car with Murphy who was driving through the streets of Gavelston, to head to our new house.

A new house in a new city, couldn't have been more worse.

I looked at Murphy, who in turn threw me a distain filled glance. I couldn't help but picture my fist connecting to his jaw.

He was the cause all of these. He made mom file a divorce because she was fed up with him banging a certain pizza delivery girl, at the backseat of his car.

His dick that he couldn't keep in check, erected for everything in skirts. And the only alternative mom had left, was to file a divorce. I wouldn't blame her though. Murphy was the worst cheat of a husband, while I was the mentally deranged son. A toxic one for that matter.

So she left us for good though, to go start life afresh. That was why everything was was splited into two parts, and shared amongst she and Murphy. Which resulted to our mansion being sold in Texas, so they could share the money, since they bought the house together.

They had argue and debate over who would parent me. And mom had said I was a useless piece of shit, because I had Murphy's blood running through my veins, so I was bound to stay with him.

I didn't know how to feel when I had heard that, because I was right there in the sitting room with them, but they argued and used harsh words like I wasn't there. Like I didn't even exist. Which added a stamp to the fact of how useless I was.

I guess you might be wondering why I called my supposed dad Murphy. I couldn't address the shitty man as my dad. No way.

Mom was devasted when she caught Murphy banging the pizza delivery girl in the back seat of his car. It wasn't even evening yet. And they were stupid enough not to go fuck at some motel, but to do it right in the back seat of his fucking car. Murphy had no iota of respect for my mom at all.

They swore it was the first time, but one would know it wasn't. I knew all along, that they had been having an affair behind mom's back but kept it as a secret. And on that particular day, they couldn't wait to get in eachother's pants and had to fuck right in the back seat of the car, while mom was on her way home, from the retirement home where she was a part-time worker.

I stared out of the car window to look at Gavelston once again. The heat of the pork roasting sun was making most people walk faster than they intended to. While few mothers had their umbrellas on, to shield the harsh sun away from penetrating into the pureil skin of their babies body.

The car swerved into a quiet street, as a wind from nowhere began blowing the dried dead oak leaves on the ground.

I took a gulp, feeling the sudden urge to smoke, but I touched my pant pockets and realized I had forgot the pack of cigarettes in my backpack. I groaned in frustration then stared out the window again. We drove past a school with kids heading home.

Murphy had increased his pace of the car, and there was this toddler who was slowly and steadily crossing to the other side of the road, to meet his mom.

My lips parted, to scream the word 'STOP' to Murphy, because he could knock the kid over, but no words came out. And Murphy was one terrible driver. He drove like a drunk driver even when he was sober.

His eyes instantly widened in their sockets, when his brain finally came to it's senses that there was a fucking toddler on the road, and he stepped on the brakes to reduce the pace of the car, but the car was still speeding.

Kids and parents were already bellowing in fear, at the top of their lungs. And the baby's mother had fear masking her facial expression, and she began running to grab her kid off the road. But it was too late, the car was already a feet away from the child.

And then, everything froze.

It was just like time held still, before the car could hit the baby.

I blinked twice, then saw that the car had stopped moving. Even Murphy whose hands were still rotating the stirring wheel, turned to look at me with a bemused facial expression.

Panting aggressively, we both stared ahead of us, only to see a girl in black hoodie handing the baby over to his grateful looking mother who had tears welled up in her eyes.

I could feel my mouth flapping open, and closing shut for a couple of times.

How did the girl save the baby? The car was an inch away from hitting the baby.

I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked like some miracle just unfold itself.

I could hear Murphy sighing in relief.

We nearly knocked over a baby because of his carelessness.

I shot him a glare, then looked away from him to stare out the window, when he began turning the ignition key to start the car again. The car didn't start for more than a minute, which was strange. It was like the engine was frozen.

The car finally started, and I could hear Murphy muttering inaudible words of thanks under his breath.

My eyes briefly connected with the ocean blue, big round eyes of the girl in black hoodie. The girl who had save the baby. There was nothing special about her. She was putting on plain blue jeans, skinny with almost no curves, and had her hands tucked in the pockets of her trousers this time. And her backpack slung over her shoulder as she crossed to the other side of the road to join the kids, heading home.

Her eyes widened, and she flinched like she saw the devil himself, when she turned to look at me and still saw my gaze fixated on her. I threw a curious glance at Murphy who had his beefy hands that were like sweaty sausage rolls, on the stirring wheel. Wondering if he looked at the kid in a lustful kind of way, being the pervert that he was. But he had his eyes focused in front of him. And didn't look like he thrown a look at the kid.

Was it me she had looked at like that?

Why would she look at me like that? Many thoughts started racing through my mind. Not that I gave a fuck about her, but she gave me a look like I was dangerous or something. And if that was the first thought that popped into her head, then it was right.

She looked innocent, but her eyes weren't. They looked like they could see right through me, my fears, my desires. And my darkest deepest thoughts.

The car side stepped her and other kids, but I still pushed my head out of the car to take another look at her. I didn't know why, maybe because she had taken her earphones off, and was staring at me like she saw a ghost. With her thin lips apart in shock.

I shook my head, feeling a frown marring my facial features. Maybe the girls here were mentally unstable as well.

The truck at our front, pulled up in front of a cramped two story that was much smaller than our house back in Texas.

"Well, this is our new home. Son." Murphy announced quietly, looking around the neighborhood through the car window.

And I chuckled to myself, before snapping my head to look at his face. A face I had come to hate so much. The fact that I looked so much like him, stirred up anger inside of me. He was one mother fucking son of a bitch.

"Wrong statement, Murphy. It was supposed to be, this is the place where I'd run along everything in skirts, and fuck the ones who would let me. And oh, I bet there would be some pizza delivery girls with fresh pussies to fuck at the backseat of my car. You moron." I could detect the coldness and numbness in my voice, and I was satisfied that my words had stung as much as they could. Because he looked at me in bewilderment.

"Jesus, Aiden. Can you show a little bit of respect to your father?" I could see his face forming red, into ten seethes of anger. His veins were even bulging along his neck. Mom was right though, that I was some useless piece of shit because I had his blood running through me. But I didn't want to be like him. I was hating on myself because no matter how hard I tried to not be him, the more I felt like the younger version of him. And the feeling was so fucked up.

"You don't even deserve to be called 'father' You lost that right some months back. You failed your duty." I shot at him. I could feel my body invigorating for a fight, as I began fisting my hands, ready to punch something. Or someone.

I pushed myself out from the car, because if I had stayed even for a minute, I could've punched him.

I walked to the boot of the car, to slip out my backpack because I was badly in need of a smoke.

I lit the cigarette on my lips, and took a drag as I watched the men Murphy had hired to to unload our furnitures from the truck, and put the right into the shitty looking new house.

I blew out big puffs of my cigarette and rest my back against the back of the car booth with my legs crossed together, as I looked around my new surrounding. Wondering how I was going to get used to this kind of place.

People were already popping out their heads from their doors and windows, to see their new neighbors.

One woman with huge fake tits, and red bleached hair even came out of her house with her dog, just to take a look at us.

She was putting on a skimpy red gown, and looked like some whore.

Her eyes did a once over at me, and she bit on her buttom lip when she was satisfied with what she saw.

I was some new fresh cock huh? I uplifted a brow at her, then took another drag of my cigarette as I stared openly at her.

She should be in her mid thirties, and didn't look like one with a husband.

I blew out another big puff of my cigarette and watched as it finished into nothing, then I returned my eyes to hers, to maintain eye contact with her. She flipped her hair over her shoulder, and then winked at me.

I could feel the corner of my lips, tugging into a slight smirk. And then, my eyes caught an old lady whose house was next to hers. This woman was watering her plants, and staring at the fake boobs, bleached hair woman with displeasure. She sure had witnessed what just happened between us.

I scoffed at the sight.

Maybe here wasn't going to be boring after all.

We just arrived, and someone wanted me to fuck her already.
