Chapter 7: Dinner

Antonio wanted to jump with joy after Kristi agreed to eat with him. He looked at Kristi with full admiration.

"Are you sure? Or you're saying that to me because you wanted me to leave you alone," he wanted assurance. 

For him, Kristi can still be his. 

He thinks that something happens behind his back. He knows Benjamin is a man full of pride.

"Yes, I'm a woman with words," Kristi talks at him using her cold tone. He liked it when Kristi was dominant over him.

"Alright! I'm really happy. I will be back here at six-thirty," he announced and turned his back full of excitement. He didn't see how Kristi looked at him with disgust in her gaze.

Benjamin can't help thinking about Kristi. He can't believe how he reacts to her. He was acting cold but deep inside his heart, there was something strange whenever he saw Kristi. He wanted to forget it after she hurt him.

His secretary went in after the knocks. He looked at his secretary.

"Sir, Miss Catriona is here again," his secretary informed him.

He desperately sighed. 

He knows that Catriona was his friend but Kristi didn't like the idea. He shook his head. He couldn't believe what he was worried about.

"Alright. I want to talk to her," he replied, and after a minute passed he saw Catriona walking into his office.

Catriona was wearing a fitted bodycon off the shoulder. He can't keep away his gaze because he imagines Kristi wearing that dress.

He knows Kristi is more gorgeous and seductive if she wears that kind of dress.

Catriona thought that she was successful in seducing Benjamin. She smiled sweetly at him and used her innocent facade.

"Benjamin, sorry for visiting you," she said in her unhappy voice when she said it. She walks sexily in front of Benjamin.

Benjamin gulped not because of Catriona's appearance but because of what he imagined in his head.

"It's fine, you don't need to apologize. You're my friend, Catriona," Benjamin replied.

She sat down on another chair and let Benjamin notice her cleavage.

"Let's have dinner. If it's fine with you, my friends didn't contact me again after my endorsement was pulled out," She says.

Benjamin feels pity for her. He knows it's Kristi's fault but he doesn't have evidence. He knows Kristi can do everything that she wants.

Antonio was happy picking Kristi in her company. 

He saw Kristi walking toward him. He feels his heart race again. It looks like Kristi walking slowly. 

He cleared his throat.

"You did your promise and I'm really happy Kristi," he confessed.

Kristi just smiled at him and she smiled and made him want to kiss her.

"Thank you for inviting me, Antonio," she says using her cold voice. Antonio just smiled at her and opened the door for her.

An hour passed, and Antonio parked his car at the most expensive restaurant in their town. He looked at the emotionless woman beside her.

"Let's eat here," he said sweetly. He opened the door for Kristi. They both went into the restaurant.

Benjamin can't believe what he saw. His friend, Antonio is with his wife again. His forehead was knotted when he saw the sweet gesture of his friend.

"Benjamin, are you alright?" Catriona asked him.

He sighed and composure himself. They're married and he should trust Kristi!

"Stop acting like a jealous man, damn!" he reminded his mind. 

"Yes, I'm alright. The food is great!" he complimented. Catriona nodded her head.

"Yeah. I love the food here. The taste is incredible but I'm on a diet now." she told him. 

"You should eat more! You won't get fat easily." Benjamin advised her.

On the other hand, Antonio feels irritated when he sees his friend. He takes a look at Kristi who's eating calmly. He was scared that maybe Kristi would notice Benjamin inside the restaurant.

"I love the food here," Kristi says. He smiled at her and ate some food. He likes how classy she is in front of him.

Antonio knows Kristi was a cruel woman in the business world but he knows Kristi has a good heart. He can't forget how he met her.

"Kristi, why did you marry Benjamin?" he asked. He was jealous of his friend.

"Why are you asking me that question?" she questioned him emotionlessly.

He swallowed badly.

"Nothing, I just can't believe that you are married again," he reasoned out.

Kristi controls her emotions. 

She took a glance at her husband who was smiling at his ex-fiancé. She wanted to throw the knife, but she smiled sweetly at Antonio when she saw Benjamin looking at them.

"Antonio, you're my friend, right? I will keep it to myself," she said.

"I'll go to the comfort room," she informed him and walked to the bathroom.

Benjamin didn't waste the chance. He wanted to talk to Kristi so bad. 

"I'll go to the washroom," he said plainly to Catriona and went to the bathroom. He waited for Kristi. And when he saw her, he grabbed her aggressively.

"Why are you with Antonio huh?" he interrogated her. He wanted to punch Antonio for having dinner with his wife.

"And why are you with Catriona?" Kristi asked him too. Benjamin cornered her.

"She's my friend," he reasoned out. He can't cheat on Kristi because his heart doesn't want it.

"You have a nice friend, Benjamin. A friend who gives comfort on the bed. Wow!" she said sarcastically. Benjamin shook his head in disbelief.

"Why are you acting like a jealous woman? You didn't love me right?" his tone was sad.

"Antonio is my friend too. And he is your friend. He's not warming me on my bed, unlike your friend," she spoke up.

"Kristi stop it. I'm not the one who cheats in the relationship! And Catriona was my friend even though we were together in the past," he explained.

Kristi looked at him and gave him an icy glare. She wanted to slap her husband.

"If you sleep with her. We're done! I will marry another man who can keep his dick for his wife," she informed him.

"You can't do that on me, Kristi. You're my wife!" Benjamin aggressively reacted. He was possessive when it comes to his wife. He smashed his mouth on Kristi's lips.

His tongue went into her mouth. They're a saliva mix. His wife kissed him back like how he kissed her. 

Kristi grabbed his collar and deepened the kiss. She feels hot all of sudden. 

Benjamin lifted his wife and didn't break the kiss. He kissed her aggressively and couldn't stop his mind from touching Kristi's butt.

"Ahh!" Kristi moaned from his touch which makes Benjamin's sexual desire grow. He massages Kristi's tits and his kisses go down to her neck.

"Benjamin, stop it," Kristi restrained. But Benjamin can't stop himself from taking Kristi. 

"Ah, sh*t! Benjamin. Stop it. We're in the restaurant," she cursed out of her breath. She missed Benjamin's touch so much.

Benjamin stopped kissing her and looked at her with desire. His face was red and he couldn't even look at her. He was embarrassed.

"It's your fault. You said that you would do that thing to another man. I can satisfy your needs, you don't need to go look for the other man," he reasoned, and his cheeks were numb.

"Are you shy?" Kristi teased him. He looked shocked because Kristi was teasing him.

"I'm not shy! I'm a man, Kristi!" he defensively reacts. 

Days passed, and Kristi went to New York again. Benjamin can't believe that Kristi didn't inform him. He was mad because after we almost did that thing in the restaurant, they both avoided each other.

Is this the marriage that he wanted? Why has Kristi avoided him?

His phone rang and he saw Catriona's name on the phone. He immediately answers the call.

"Benjamin, I need you here. I'm sick," Catriona told him. 

Benjamin rushed to Catriona's apartment without even thinking.

Kristi was on the balcony and she visited Alessandro. 

She was furious when someone called her that Benjamin was with Catriona's pad. Her heart was hurt by what Benjamin did.

She thought Benjamin would miss her or even called her, and asked her where she was.

"Benjamin.," she whispered his name with hatred in her eyes.

"Catriona, you're getting on my nerves huh!" she mumbles again. She pledges to herself that she will make her suffer.
