The next day, Izer told me he had talked to some witch who belonged to a powerful coven. The coven was old and many of its witches dealt with dark magic so she must know what was up with me.

I thanked him before going to my job. Alpha King called me on time and asked the usual questions.

Did you get some valuable information from him?

What more do you know about his pack and its members?
