Leo’s confrontation.

Isabella's POV

By the end of the week, I was exhausted after my shift in the cafe. On Wednesday when I returned to the school, I was given a second trial run. By the time I was done, I was met with a smiling face of Damian.

"It looks like I've found our new maths teacher." He commented.

Even as I left, I could feel the absolute ire of the other people around me. I wondered just how deep their hatred would go, especially now that I was going to be there as a teacher.

As Felix arrived to drive me to the café, I knew that I couldn't stay the same way. Traversing between two jobs in the short span of the day was stressful enough. So, I thought about quitting one. I contemplated telling Anne, but I couldn't, even as I worked.

Now it was Saturday, the end of the working week and I still hadn't brought myself to say anything. I felt the guilt in my heart as I greeted Anne and Lola goodbye before entering the car.
