Treyton's POV

With our plan in place, we set out on our journey, leaving the familiar grounds of our pack's territory behind. The weight of our mission settled heavy on our shoulders as we ventured into the unknown. Rafferty's parting words echoed in my mind: "Be safe, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything."

As we walked, the landscape shifted from lush forests to rugged mountains, each step leading us further into the uncharted. Lorcan and Treyton flanked me, their presence a comforting reminder that we were in this together.

The air grew thick with an eerie silence, and I couldn't shake the feeling that we were being watched. Every snap of a twig or rustle of leaves made me jump, my senses on high alert.

After hours of walking, the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the terrain. We found a secluded spot to set up camp, our eyes scanning the surroundings for any signs of danger.

As we sat around the crackling fire, Treyton spoke up, his voice low and serious.
