BLAIR'S POVMusic. Flashing lights. All these things blurred into the background as rage consumed my very being. I marched around the house, my nose on high alert as I sniffed out Suzie's scent. The things that she had told me, and what I had seen on the video call, riled me up so much, I could not just sit back and watch. Finding Suzie wasn't hard at all. She was unaware of this, but the brothers and I could easily track her phone.I wasted no time in doing so and rushed here. The only problem I had now was finding Suzie. Where the hell was she? My mind began to be bombarded with thoughts. Was she with Alex? Were they being intimate right now? These questions drove me to the brink of my sanity.I brushed past people, pushing them aside as Suzie's smell got stronger. I pushed past a crowd of people and before me, stood Suzie, her hands on Alex's cheeks and her eyes fix on his. Rage flared up within me and I rushed to them.Suzie snapped her head, and her face seemed to pale as she gaz
SUZIE'S POVI curled up in a fetal position, my eyes fixed on my phone. My fingers moved above the keyboard as I type out a text to send to Alex."Hey Alex, I'm really sorry about everything that happened today. I really hope you can forgive me," I typed.I hit the send button and waited patiently for a response. The green button at the top of Alex's profile photo popped on, signifying that he was online. My heart raced as I waited patiently for his reply.Minutes passed and still no response, but it showed clearly that he has read my message. Tears filled my eyes as I threw my phone down to the bed and hugged myself. Why had I expected a reply from him? There was no way he was going to talk to me, not after what happened.I buried my head in my pillow as I sobbed softly. My back and arm still hurt from when Blair has pushed me to the floor. I was starting to like the quadruplets, I was finally starting to see the good in them, but this made my hate for them resurface."Suzie, please
SUZIE'S POVA gust of wind blew past me, and I clutched my jacket tighter. My eyes scanned the streets as I made my way down it. The sun had almost retired for the day completely, as golden hues settled all over the landscape.I pulled out my phone and exhaled as I read the text boldly written it on."Meet me at the central park. Make sure you're alone," I read out loud.It was a text from Alex. He wanted us to meet and seeing this text make me quite happy. It meant he wanted to talk about what has happened, and we had a change to fix things. The moment I had seen the text, I was out of the school premises and breezing through the streets.Dried brown leaves floating in the air as they were being carried by the wind. I looked around and saw that trees were losing their leaves. I sighed, increasing my pace. After a few more steps, the entrance of the central park came into view.I stepped through the arc opening and my eyes landed on trees, swaying with the harsh wind that zipped by. I
ALEX'S POVI clutched my bag as I walked down the bustling hallways. Students walked beside, each of them ready to start their monotonous lives. Some chatted and giggled on the way, while others remained silent.I made a quick stop by my locker and began to fish out the books I'd need for first period. My eyes wandered around the crowd and I quickly noticed that Suzie was no where to be found. A smirk curled up my lips.My words must have really has an impact on her and that was exactly what I wanted. I deduced that she has probably had an argument with the quadruplets and they probably kept her at him to avoid her from seeing me, given that they were very controlling.A thrill ran through me.The plan I had set in motion was unfolding slowly and it gave me so much joy. I was also elated that I would not have to deal with Suzie for a while. Pretending to be friends with her was awfully exhausting and it was hard for me to keep up the façade, but now that she was not here, I could get
SUZIE'S POVThe sound of a soft beep that repeated periodically roused me back to consciousness. My heavy eyelids lifted slowly and I froze as my eyes landed on a white ceiling.Where was I?I looked around and I saw white, sterile walls. To my left was a small machine that beeped repeatedly. It had numbers ranging from a hundred, to two hundred. My body felt heavy, like I had been hit by a truck. I looked down at myself and saw that I was laying down a bed, with white sheets covering me.It took a while, but everything finally registered in my head. I was in a hospital. But why was I here?I racked my brain for answers, but I got none. I pushed myself up from the bed into a sitting position, and my head began to throb. I groaned, holding my head as the pain rang through it.The door to the small room opened and a man, who looked like he was in his early thirties walked in. He wore a lab coat and a big smile as he walked up to me."Hello Suzie, I see you're finally awake. How are you
ASHER'S POVI picked up the cup of cola beside me and took a sip as I watched Blair's expression grow grim. He held a burger in his hand, but had not taken a bite out of it."I really hate this," Blair grumbled with a frown on his brows."That Alex is bothering you yeah?" Roy sighed as he took a fry and dunked it in ketchup.Blair scoffed. "Who else?""I hate to agree with Blair, but I feel bothered by him too," Felix sighed. "I mean, look at the reaction she had to him. He's important to her, maybe more important than she is to us."His words stabbed my chest, opening a wound. I exhaled, the pang in my chest growing. The moment Suzie has told us about Alex, I had very high suspicions about him.I knew Suzie had no friends in school, so I found it weird that she suddenly found a friend, and in less than a week. I knew Alex was up to something and that his reasons for approaching Suzie and befriending was not pure.I knew we may have isolated Suzie and made her unable to make friends,
SUZIE'S POVThe wind blew by softly, my hair swaying as it passed by me. I shifted on the bench as my eyes remained fixed on the flowers that surrounded me. After I had gotten discharged from the hospital, I wanted nothing more than to not be cooped up in my room. The quadruplets had made it clear that they did not want me leaving the house and I decided to agree on that without arguing as usual. I found the garden a day later and this place has become my comfort zone, a place I could come and relax. It was a place that made me forget about all worries.I smile appeared on my lips as I looked at the bright blue sky. Time seemed to stand still as I immersed myself in the comfort the nature around me provided."Looks like someone's feeling better."The sound of the familiar voice broke me away from my revere and I snapped my head towards the entrance. All four brothers were walking up to me and I couldn't help but notice the worried look on their faces. It sparked questions in my mind.
SUZIE'S POV"What? That's selfish of you!" Asher barked.Alpha Cole kept a stern look on his face. "That is my final decision."My flickered to Felix and I could see the disappointment look in his face, which slowly turned to resign."I don't even know what I expected from you," Felix scoffed. "I am utterly disgusted at you for trying to take your own son's mate. Who does that?"Alpha Cole seemed to be not be fazed by they words as he smirked. "I am the alpha, and I can do whatever, and take whatever I want."Asher shook his head. "You were always like this. You never really loved us. Our father and son relationship was on based on the amount of obedience we showed you. We are just like any one of the other wolves in the pack to you; a subject that should follow your every command.""And it all started when mother passed away, didn't it?" Roy asked, his voiced filled with sadness.I noticed the way alpha Cole went stiff, but he did not say a word."After mother's death, you became sto
