“You’ll be fine.”

Lucas whispered in my ears.

“The school is so big”

Truly it was so big. Twenty times bigger than the one in Moon Rock pack, and imagine how my former pack academy had been intimidating. This place was a lot more intimating. My car key fell from my hand due to jittered nerves, I picked them up and tried to steady my steps so I don’t fall. I did not feel so confident anymore, even with my mother’s ‘fairy godmother’ coming-to-the-rescue exquisite fashion sense was not doing its intended job. Or maybe it was but my nerves would not let it work. Even the brand new car David had given to me, it was supposed to buff me up but I felt deflated and weak already.
