“You want me to pay for your ice cream?” He asked her, emphasizing on the word “your”

Selene rolled her eyes. “Duh, didn't you bring me here?” She asked and his eyes widened.

“You literally dragged me to this place.” He folded his hands.

“So, are you trying to tell me that you can't pay for a lady's food?” She frowned.

“It's not like that.” He facepalmed.

“Then it's like what?” She asked, feigning annoyance.

“Fine, fine.” He muttered and brought out his credit card then gave it to the man.

“What about you, aren't you going to take some?” She questioned and didn't wait for him to answer. “Sir, give him whatever flavour he wants.” She requested and the man looked at Dominic to confirm if he wanted one or not.

Dominic sighed. “Give me the same flavour as hers.” He requested as well and his was scooped and given to him.

The man swiped his card and handed it over to him. Selene dragged him to a bench and they sat down. “Thanks for the ice cream.” She beamed but he didn't answer her.
