Girlfriend

Annabel felt like her world had stopped. She stood in shock, her eyes glued on the road; on her daughter covered in blood. She fell to the floor in tears.

“Olivia!” She screamed again, crawling to where the body laid. When she got there, she picked Olivia up and screamed in tears again. “Wake up, baby! Wake up, mummy is here,” She kept touching Olivia's cheek for her to wake up but the girl looked lifeless.

She picked up Olivia's hand and it went limp. Sasha quickly called the ambulance.

A few minutes later, the ambulance arrived and Olivia was placed into the ambulance, with Annabel sitting by her side. The sirens blared as the ambulance drove through the night. Annabel was in shock. She was frantic, her mind racing with a thousand thoughts. How could this happen? What could she do to help Olivia? She felt helpless and scared. Her beautiful daughter, the light of her life, was hurt and she couldn't do anything.

“Hang in there, Olivia. Hang in there for me, please.” She cried.
