"Close your eyes and feel your breath. Imagine yourself in a soft cloud. Your surroundings are pure white, your body is light, and every part of your body is at its most relaxed. Your consciousness travels with your blood everywhere in your body, and you can feel every nerve ending in your body."

I closed my eyes and followed Dalena's words, breathing and exhaling gently.

"Take control of the forces in your body and move them to the palm of your hand. Think back to the things that were on your mind when you first called the flames and find their links."

I thought of Nuri. Whether in the farmyard of weresnakes or in a cave on a cliff, Nuri comes to mind.

"I did it!" I shouted happily.
