Seeing the look on the Luna’s face, I could tell she was surprised by Paxton's response and his objection for her to train with me.

For a second there, I didn't know what to make of what the Alpha's brother was talking about but I knew it was time for me to leave.

Gina had explained everything on the path to take and how it was going to lead me to Oakland.

I was scheduled to sneak out by 12pm and it's already 11:45. If Paxton hadn't dragged me to train with him, I'd probably be packing my stuff by now as I didn't want anyone, not even the Alpha to find out I had left.
