Chapter 31

Today Ralin worked overtime for two hours, so he came home when it was dark. Ralin led Kenra's hand to the side of the road, waiting for a passing vehicle.

Ralin didn't have the heart to bring his daughter to work, but right now, he had no other choice.

"Mommy, crying?" Kenra asked this morning before they left for work.

Ralin became embarrassed, "No, ha-just a bit of dust," he reasoned.

"But, mommy stared at Kenra for a long time, was Kenra a bother, Mommy?"

Ralin gasped. How could his daughter think, "Why does Kenra think like that?" Ralin, who was originally standing behind his daughter's lap, then moved forward and squatted in front of his daughter, "You know, Kenra is happiness, Mommy. Mommy's strength every time." He smiled after saying that.

"Mom, when are we going home?" Kenra asked. He who didn't fully understand yet honestly still missed their old place of residence.

"Darling!" Ralin held Kenra's hands, "from now on, we will stay in this city, with Aunt Lucy." Ralin explaine
