"Marvin Rock! You're out on parole today. Hurry out!” screamed a warden in front of one of the cell rooms.

Hearing that, Marvin was very shocked. Shouldn't he serve the rest of the prison for another two years? Marvin stood up, then walked slowly past the dozens of other prisoners crowded into the three by four meter room.

The hot and stuffy air mingled with the body odor between them, making their noses very itchy and their lungs constricted. For the last time Marvin felt the smell of prison that was so annoying.

Arriving in a closed room, Marvin talked alone with his brother. Harven Rockwell put on a very serious face and said earnestly, “Bro, the accusations of terrorists have only been slander. Your invention was proven in court to be a fuel, not a material for weapons of mass destruction."

Harven spent months gathering evidence to prove in court that his brother was completely innocent. Marvin judged himself to be innocent. But who is the person who has been tormenting him for a year?

Harven continued confidently. "I know both of them. I have solid evidence." Apart from that, Harven dared to uncover other secrets that his brother had not known so far. When in court a few days ago, the truth was finally revealed.

However, Harven's claim that Russell Winston and Raymond Harvard were the suspects in the accusations was rejected by the court. The reason is, yes, because the two people are playing with money to smooth out the whole process.

Dumbfounded, Marvin's eyes went wide. Marvin never thought that Russell, his own brother-in-law, had done it. As for Raymond, it was clear that Marvin knew the son of the Harvard conglomerate. "I knew that Raymond was going to be nominated as husband to Gennifer Winston, my wife."

Harven explains that it turns out that Raymond will soon be proposing to Gennifer. “This news was blatantly conveyed by the Harvard Family to our family. Father and Mother already know.”

Marvin came from the Rock Family, residing in Gloriston City, Chemisland Country. After graduating from Masters, he was recognized by leading universities and companies as a smart engineer and scientist. Many achievements have been made while he was a student on campus and as an important person in his own family business.

Although the Rock Family is not very well-known when compared to other classy families, they have Rock Electra, the second best power plant in Chemisland, after that, they have Marvin Rock, the man who is predicted to raise the Rock Family to become a respected family throughout country.

Marvin's popularity had garnered a lot of public attention, one of which was from the Winston Family. Apart from the love between Marvin and Gennifer Winston, it is clear that the Winston Family wants to move forward with the Rock Family. Before the wedding, Gennifer's father and mother were very receptive to Marvin's presence.

Marvin is like a general who will bring the names of the two families to the top stage in the energy business competition in Chemisland. The Winston Family could be considered a middle class family, on par with the Rock Family. Their business is petroleum, but they have been neglected because of bad management.

However, not all agreed to the marriage. Russel Winston, the eldest son, preferred that his youngest sister marry Raymond, the sole heir of the Harvard Family. The Harvard Family is the wealthiest family in the entire country. Hence, the hatred towards Marvin had brought great calamity.

In his laboratory and factory, Marvin discovers a new compound which he calls MR-25, because he discovered it when he was 25 years old. In this research, MR-25 will be used as fuel for power plants to replace coal and uranium, which are much more efficient and environmentally friendly.

The Harvard family is worried that the Rock Family will be very advanced because of the MR-25. Raymond actually became a fireball for his own family. He was ordered by his parents to get rid of Marvin's presence, so that there would be no serious competitors in the business. Raymond is also cunning, he takes advantage of Russell's presence to carry out his mission.

About a year ago they complained to the authorities that Marvin had designed a tool of mass destruction and was deemed to be dangerous to the country. That's why Marvin was imprisoned. After Marvin suffered and later divorced from Gennifer, then Raymond would become her husband. If asked, Raymond did this because he liked Gennifer? Obviously not, because he just obeyed his family's wishes.

At the Rock Family residence, Werner Rockstone was very happy to welcome his son. "Welcome back my son!"

Raymond pretended to be Gennifer's husband because he only wanted to get rid of Marvin. Meanwhile, on the other hand, Russell uses his own sister so that the family business that is in trouble can be assisted by the Harvard Family. Though, they all knew that the current Gennifer was still Marvin's legal wife.

Not only that. The Harvard family is terrible. For the umpteenth time Werner testified, “Marvin, Harvard Corp. continues to limit our range of motion. Your sister doesn't really understand how to manage a business. Whereas Father, who is quite old and sometimes sickly, clearly cannot take care of it optimally.”

Marvin looked at his father while nodding, then replied, “I understand, Father. Harvard Corp. doesn't want any company to be more than it. If someone feels threatened, they will play sneaky, and they will do anything.”

Werner snorted and grinned. “Harvard Corp. is even great at controlling the government. If that's the case, what is the strength of our only company?”

So far, Rock Electra has depended on coal from Harvard Corp for fuel for their power plants, while Winsoil, an oil and gas company owned by the Winston family, also depends on crude oil supplies from Harvard Corp as well.

Marvin's big dream is to let go of all those addictions!

In the afternoon, Marvin Rock accompanied by his younger brother Harven Rockwell visited their family's power plant, in the northernmost district of Gloriston. Behind the power station stretched wilderness as wide as the eye could see, all belonging to the Rock Family.

From a fairly high ground, Marvin widened his gaze downwards and said, “Harven, underground there are billions of tons of Glorisium, the main element that forms MR-25. I estimate its value to be no less than ten trillion dollars!”
