Chapter 83 The Arrogant Assistant

Adeline woke up early the next morning. Taking her duffel bag, she rode the car to the production company. There were people waiting and gathering at the entrance by the time she arrived.

Neil came up to Adeline just as she got down from the car, "Miss Simpson, let me help you to load your bag into our car."

"Thank you, Neil!" Adeline handed her bag to Neil.

Adeline glanced through the crowd to look for Chloe, but she failed to find her. She then asked Neil, "Neil, have you seen Chloe?"

"Nope," Neil said. He stood up and helped Adeline to look for her by giving a glimpse to the crowd.

Just as the director was counting the attendance of the entire production crew, Chloe ran over with a bag on her back while panting for breath.

"I'm sorry, I'm late!" Chloe gasped as she spoke.
