CH 40: The Starry Night Belongs to Us

Piper’s POV

After laughing, Megan screamed so loud it made our ears ring. Then, in a flash that I couldn’t avoid, she pushed my body toward a shelf near the sofa. I crashed into the shelf, then into the wall, and fell to the floor along with the shelf.

I can’t continue to read this anymore. Three men can’t stop Megan from attacking her. The author obviously has no experience in writing a realistic novel. The story could have been good, it’s just the execution of it is very poor. I’m deleting this book from my library.
