Knock!

"Come in!" The familiar voice came to be heard inside the office room. Avery needed time to clear her mind from the weird thoughts she was having.

If not because she was supposed to be here, she would like to avoid coming here. Avery didn't know how many people saw her with Roy and heard their conversation.

Her fingers were as if numb, she cooled herself, Avery walked towards the chair. Putting the food tray on the table she stood still. There was no smile on her face, only a lost girl vibe and a little disappointed one.

Seeing her facial reaction, Apollo sitting on the settee said, "Take a seat."

Avery just did as he ordered her to.

"Is everything ok?" He asked her.

Without looking at him she nodded her head. He could feel that something was wrong but he couldn't figure out what it could be.

'It's hard to understand what women are feeling.'

To cheer her up, he said with a smile, "Have lunch with me." Saying so he held a spoonful of food before her mouth. This time she star
