112. Meet again

Hearing her name made Kiara feel fear and rage flare through her, and she would do anything not to see her again.

Angeline saw her pitiful attempt to run off the balcony as she stumbled and faltered. Kiara straightened up at the same time the blonde woman made her way to her.

"Hello, Kiara."

Kiara took a few steps back instinctively, which made Angeline give a wide ear-to-ear smile, revealing rows of her pearly white teeth.

"I thought you were a Luna now, but you don't seem to have changed at all. Still trying to run away like frightened prey" Her smile did not fade.

There was something very chilling about her voice. Kiara wasn't sure if it was because Angeline's voice was so hoarse or maybe it was just because she hadn't heard her voice in a long time.

And now it had become her terror. She had never been unafraid of her, but now that fear was different. Angeline enjoys it, her green eyes glinting.
