‘’let's make our marriage work,’’ I still couldn’t believe that I had said that to Charlene the night before at the city park. I had summoned up all the courage in me not to reveal my true self. If I had done the slightest mistake of letting my emotions high then she could have figured out that I was pretending to have lost my memory.
