Chapter 69. Don't Cry Anymore

“Mr. Hayden!” Lorenz called Jordan who was sitting in his room.

Jordan looked up and saw his assistant looking at him with a strange look.

"Why are you still here?" he asked.

"What is wrong? I am in the office, working.” Jordan said surprised by Lorenz's question.

Lorenz could hardly believe Jordan's answer. His father-in-law died, didn’t Jordan care?

“Sir, do you have any messages from Mrs. Hayden? I mean, your wife?” asked Lorenz again.

"Why are you taking care of my wife?" Jordan was instantly annoyed.

“Susan left early today. She had a message that Mrs. Clarabelle Hayden's father had died." Lorenz looked at Jordan.

"What are you talking about?" Jordan was very shocked by Lorenz's words. Immediately he took the cell phone that was lying on the table and saw Clarabelle's message.

“Damn!” Jordan stood up instantly and walked quickly out of the room. "Clear my table!" He ordered Lorenz.
