“But Mrs. Hamerton…” Robert pursed his lips. “Ms. Zennie has to be a witness. It’s the police’s request.”

“It’s okay.” Seth’s gaze was determined. “I’ll keep her company when she goes to court.”

Cordelia and Zephyr exchanged a look with a smile when they heard that.

Seth coughed and blushed slightly.
