Chapter Thirty One

Jasmine's gentle touch on my arm brought me back to the present, her voice a soothing balm amidst the turmoil in my mind.

"Levi, I know it's difficult," she whispered, her voice filled with empathy. "But sometimes, offering someone a chance for redemption can be a transformative act. We have the space, and perhaps it will help Sarah find her footing again. Think about it, and listen to your heart."

I looked into Jasmine's eyes, searching for guidance. Her unwavering support and belief in the power of compassion stirred a wellspring of empathy within me. Taking a deep breath, I turned back to face Sarah, my voice soft yet resolute.

"Sarah, I understand that you're in a vulnerable position," I said, my voice laced with empathy. "I'll grant your request, but under certain conditions. You can stay at the pack house temporarily, but you must respect the boundaries and rules of our pack. We'll offer you a chance to find your footing, but it's up to you to make the most of it."
